It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time to break out the fantasy football flex rankings for Week 4 of the 2023 NFL season. If you’re new to the concept of flex rankings, these are simply the combined overall rankings for running back, wide receiver, and tight end for each week during the fantasy football season. These are not suggestions for who to start in your flex spots.

This list is our initial rankings, but rankings will change a lot throughout the week. This post will not be updates, so if you want all the latest updates, then be sure to check our staff rankings page. Promo code “RATPACK” gets you a discount on any FTN subscription.

Week 4 Flex Rankings (2023) – Top 100

1. Christian McCaffrey (RB1) vs. ARI – Not only has he been elite for fantasy purposes, but he’s also been very fun to watch this season.

2. Justin Jefferson (WR1) at CAR – Jefferson is tied for the most receiving yards (458) through the first three games of the season in the Super Bowl era.

3. Tyreek Hill (WR2) at BUF – Since joining the Dolphins last season, Hill has racked up 2,122 receiving yards. That trails only Jefferson over that span (2,267)

4. Tony Pollard (RB2) vs. NE – He posted 122 rushing yards last week, the third-highest total of his career.

5. Stefon Diggs (WR3) vs. MIA – Since joining the Bills in 2020, Diggs has tallied 363 receptions, which is tied with Davante Adams for the most over that span.

6. Keenan Allen (WR4) vs. LV – Allen had 18 receptions last week and should continue to see a massive workload with Mike Williams out for the season.

7. Bijan Robinson (RB3) at JAC – Through his first three games, Robinson has topped 200 rushing yards and 100 receiving yards.

8. Davante Adams (WR5) at LAC – In two meetings against the Chargers last season, Adams racked up 318 yards and three scores on 18 catches.

9. A.J. Brown (WR6) vs. WAS – After a quiet Week 2, Brown bounced back with 131 yards on nine catches this past Monday night.

10. Travis Etienne (RB4) vs. ATL – Etienne has touched the ball 60 times already this season. That’s 20 touches per game. He averaged 15.0 touches per game last season.

11. Josh Jacobs (RB5) at LAC – Sure, he’s averaging just 2.4 yards per carry this season, but Jacobs showed signs of improvement against the Steelers and gets a favorable matchup.

12. Ja’Marr Chase (WR7) at TEN – While he hasn’t scored a touchdown this season, Chase is coming off a career-high 12 receptions in Week 3.

13. Derrick Henry (RB6) vs. CIN – Henry played just 38% of the Titans’ offensive snaps last week. It’s worth keeping an eye on his practice status through the week.

14. Travis Kelce (TE1) at NYJ – Dating back to last season’s playoffs, Kelce has scored a touchdown in five straight games.

15. Austin Ekeler (RB7) vs. LV – This is a tentative ranking that will change based on Ekeler’s practice status through the week.

16. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR8) at GB – St. Brown has topped 100 yards in each of his last two games. If he goes over that threshold again, it would the first time in his career he did so in three straight games.

17. Zack Moss (RB8) vs. LAR – He’s coming off career bests in rushing yards (122) and rushing attempts (30).

18. Kyren Williams (RB9) at IND – Williams was held in check Monday night, but he’s set up for a bounce back in a much more favorable matchup.

19. CeeDee Lamb (WR9) vs. NE – Lamb enters the week 10th in the league in receiving yards with 273.

20. Puka Nacua (WR10) at IND – He came back to earth in Week 3, but Nacua still set an NFL record for the most catches through the first three career games with 30.

21. Kenneth Walker (RB10) at NYG – Walker has forced 19 missed tackles on the season, which is the second-most in the league.

22. James Cook (RB11) vs. MIA – Only Christian McCaffrey (353) and D’Andre Swift (308) have more rushing yards than Cook’s 267 so far this season.

23. Chris Olave (WR11) vs. TB Jameis Winston will be under center for the Saints, but Olave’s fantasy stock really doesn’t take a hit. Winston likes to push the ball vertically, which aligns well with Olave’s skillset.

24. Saquon Barkley (RB12) – There’s optimism Barkley returns this week, but we’ll have to keep an eye on his practice status through the week.

25. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB13) at GB David Montgomery’s status will impact Gibbs’ ranking. Be sure to check back Thursday evening before the start of the game.
