The veteran rushed 20 times for 115 yards and three touchdowns, adding two catches for 65 yards and an additional touchdown through the air. It was a vintage Kamara performance, as the 29-year-old has looked reignited in Klint Kubiak's offense. In the second quarter, he showcased his explosiveness on a 57-yard touchdown reception to go up 21-6. Despite the matchup being tough on paper, Kamara still finished as the RB1 on the day. He should be in all lineups next week against Philadelphia.

However, a deal didn't get done, meaning further talks will likely wait until after the 2024-25 campaign. Despite not getting a new deal, Kamara remains focused on his play. "I'm not worried about it," said Kamara when asked about the unsuccessful negotiations. "I'm here to play. I'm gonna play. I'm gonna perform." It appears the 29-year-old is more focused than ever, which is great news for fantasy managers. Keep him starting in all formats when the Saints meet the Cowboys in Week 2.
