It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time to break out the fantasy football flex rankings for Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season. If you’re new to the concept of flex rankings, these are simply the combined overall rankings for running back, wide receiver, and tight end for each week during the fantasy football season. These are not suggestions for who to start in your flex spots.
This list is our initial rankings, but rankings will change a lot throughout the week. This post will not be updates, so if you want all the latest updates, then be sure to check our staff rankings page. Promo code “RATPACK” gets you a discount on any FTN subscription.
Week 10 Flex Rankings (2023) — Top 100
1. Christian McCaffrey (RB1) at JAC – He’s back and has a 17-game touchdown streak.
2. Ja’Marr Chase (WR1) vs. HOU – Last week wasn’t great, but Chase is poised to bounce back with Joe Burrow rolling.
3. Stefon Diggs (WR2) vs. DEN – He’s playing at an elite level and should have no problem putting up numbers against the suspect Broncos defense.
4. CeeDee Lamb (WR3) vs. NYG – Lamb has set single-game career highs for receiving yards in back-to-back games.
5. Travis Etienne (RB2) vs. SF – This isn’t a great matchup, but Etienne’s workload and explosive ability keep him near the top of running back rankings.
6. Keenan Allen (WR4) vs. DET – Allen enters the week as one of just eight players with 60-plus receptions.
7. Jonathan Taylor (RB3) at NE – The Colts have finally turned the backfield completely over to Taylor. He’s set up for a big workload against the Pats.
8. Austin Ekeler (RB4) vs. DET – Ekeler found pay dirt as a runner twice last week.
9. Breece Hall (RB5) at LV – Last week wasn’t great, but Hall gets a much better matchup this week.
10. Alvin Kamara (RB6) at MIN – Kamara saw a reduction in his workload last week, but there’s no reason to panic. He remains a rock-solid RB1 option.
11. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR5) at LAC – He’s topped 100 receiving yards in five of his last six games.
12. Tony Pollard (RB7) vs. NYG – Pollard should get a fantastic game script this week with the Cowboys favored by a whopping 16 points.

14. Josh Jacobs (RB9) vs. NYJ – Jacobs got off the schneid last week with two rushing scores.
15. Derrick Henry (RB10) at TB – The Titans have fed Henry 20-plus touches in each of their last two games.

18. Saquon Barkley (RB13) at DAL – The Giants are in a bad spot at quarterback. That plus the matchup pushes Barkley down outside the RB1s.
19. Brandon Aiyuk (WR6) at JAC – The 49ers return from bye and Aiyuk is up in the top sox with several big name wideouts on bye this week.
20. Rachaad White (RB14) vs. TEN – White is coming off his best game of the season but does face a tough Titans defense.
