It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time to break out the fantasy football flex rankings for Week 8 of the 2022 NFL season. If you’re new to the concept of flex rankings, these are simply the combined overall rankings for running back, wide receiver and tight end for each week during the fantasy football season. These are not suggestions for who to start in your flex spots.

This list is our initial rankings, but it will change a lot throughout the week. If you want all the latest updates, then be sure to check our  Promo code “RATPACK” gets you 20% off of any FTN subscription.

Week 8 Flex Rankings (2022) – Top 100

1. @ SEA (RB1) – He’s been excellent and gets a fantastic matchup this week.

2. @ HOU (RB2) – After a sluggish start, Henry has turned things around and gets to face a poor Texans run defense.

3. vs. SF (WR1) – That bye week felt like it took forever. Kupp is back to his customary place atop the wide receiver rankings.

4. vs. ARI (WR2) – Likewise, it’s good to get Jefferson back. His 46 catches rank fifth among wideouts.

5. vs. GB (WR3) – Diggs has three more catches than Jefferson and has scored a hefty six times already. However, he does have a tougher matchup this week.

6. @ NO (RB3) – Through the first seven weeks of the season, Jacobs ranks second among running backs with an average of 22.2 fantasy points per game.

7. @ DET (WR4) – Hill is on pace for nearly 1,900 yards and gets a major matchup boost in this one.

8. @ CLE (WR5) – The Bengals passing game is rolling and Chase is a big reason why.

9. @ LA (RB4) – Expect to see plenty of McCaffrey this week as he’s had more time to digest the 49ers’ playbook.

10. @ NO (WR6) – The Raiders didn’t need to lean heavily on Adams last week, but they should in what looks to be a potential shootout against the Saints.

11. vs. CIN (RB5) – This is a huge game from the Browns, so expect them to pound the rock with Chubb.

12. vs. WAS (RB6) – Believe it or not, benching is a good thing for Taylor, as we’ll likely see more of the run game from the Colts.

13. vs. NYG (RB7) – The rookie has been excellent over the last two weeks and continues to roll in this one.

14. @ CLE (RB8) – This is a fantastic matchup for Mixon. The Browns are one of just six defense to allow over 5.0 yards per carry to opposing running backs.

15. vs. CHI (WR7) – Lamb gets a nice boost against the Bears, and more importantly, made it through last week unscathed.

16. vs. ARI (RB9) – The bye week gave time for Cook to rest his ailing shoulder.

17. vs. LV (RB10) – The volume is there for Kamara, but vulturing touchdowns puts a slight damper on his outlook.

18. vs. PIT (WR8) – Pittsburgh allows the most receiving yards per game to wideouts.

19. vs. BAL (RB11) – We’re seeing more of for the Bucs, but Fournette remains the lead back.

20. vs. TEN (RB12) – The rookie is seventh in the league in carries with 106.

Mark Andrews Week 8 Fantasy Football Flex Rankings

21. @ TB (TE1) – We have to keep a close eye on Andrews’ status, as he missed practice both Monday and Tuesday.

22. vs. MIA (WR9) – It sounds like St. Brown avoided concussion last week and will be on the field against the Dolphins.

23. @ NYJ (RB13) – He’s solidified himself as the passing down option, catching eight balls in last week’s lost to the Bears.

24. vs. MIA (RB14) – Will he return this week? Hell if I know, but we adjust accordingly when we find out more.

25. vs. BAL (WR10) – He missed a sure-fire touchdown last week but still managed to put up big numbers.
