New Orleans Saints running back Jamaal Williams (groin) is officially active for Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams. He had been listed as questionable but was expected to play after logging a full practice on Friday. The 29-year-old has just 124 rushing yards, 21 receiving yards, and one touchdown this season. He's listed as the Saints' No. 2 running back but could actually be third in the pecking order behind both Alvin Kamara and Taysom Hill. Williams should be left on fantasy waivers in most leagues.

On the positive side, Williams was able to practice in full on Friday after logging two limited sessions in the runup Week 13's matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams are allowing a generous 4.59 yards per carry to opposing running backs but the bulk of that work is expected to go to Alvin Kamara or tight end Taysom Hill, who took on the backup running back role during Williams' absence. Before the injury, Williams was seldom used and when he was given the ball he was largely ineffective. Through his eight active games, he has 32 carries for 124 yards and one touchdown. Williams can safely be left on the waiver wire in Week 13.

Williams has missed three games in a row, but it appears he has a chance to return in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams. If so, he would back up Alvin Kamara but remain off the fantasy radar in most leagues. Kamara will handle the bulk of New Orleans' carries, and Taysom Hill could also get involved out of the backfield. Meanwhile, Moreau hasn't missed a game this season, but he's had a quieter role on offense, catching just 15 passes for 217 yards and three touchdowns through 11 games. He can be left on waivers in most fantasy leagues, especially as long as Juwan Johnson is healthy.
