It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time to break out the fantasy football flex rankings for Week 15 of the 2022 NFL season. If you’re new to the concept of flex rankings, these are simply the combined overall rankings for running back, wide receiver and tight end for each week during the fantasy football season. These are not suggestions for who to start in your flex spots.
This list is our initial rankings, but it will change a lot throughout the week. If you want all the latest updates, then be sure to check our staff rankings page. Promo code “RATPACK” gets you 20% off of any FTN subscription.
Week 15 Flex Rankings (2022) – Top 100
1. Christian McCaffrey @ SEA (RB1) – He’s heating up with first- and second-place finishes over the last two weeks.
2. Derrick Henry @ LAC (RB2) – One of the league’s most dominant between-the-tackles runners gets to face one of the league’s worst run defenses.
3. Jonathan Taylor @ MIN (RB3) – Taylor has been rock-solid since Week 10 and continues to roll against the Vikings.
4. Josh Jacobs vs. NE (RB4) – This is a tough matchup for Jacobs, but heavy projected volume keeps him in the front-end RB1 conversation.
5. Justin Jefferson vs. IND (WR1) – He’s coming off a 200-yard performance and will be very busy yet again in this one.
6. Austin Ekeler vs. TEN (RB5) – The Titans defend the run well, but Ekeler can give you an entire fantasy week just as a receiver.
7. Davante Adams vs. NE (WR2) – Last week was a rare down game from Adams, but he bounces back against the Pats.
8. Tyreek Hill @ BUF (WR3) – Hill has been the only thing working for the Dolphins over the past few weeks.
9. Ja’Marr Chase @ TB (WR4) – He’s coming off a monster performance and gets to face a banged-up Bucs secondary.
10. Dalvin Cook vs. IND (RB6) – The Colts struggle against the run, which bodes well for Cook this week.
11. Alvin Kamara vs. ATL (RB7) – I know. He hasn’t done anything for weeks, but the Saints are going to lean on Kamara as they’re surprisingly still in the playoff hunt.
12. Travis Kelce @ HOU (TE1) – The Texans defend the pass well, but Kelce exists on another plane from the rest of us.
13. Stefon Diggs vs. MIA (WR5) – Diggs saw 11 targets against the Dolphins back in Week 3.
14. James Conner @ DEN (RB8) – He managed to put up a big line against the Patriots and is a top-10 play in a much more favorable matchup this week.
15. CeeDee Lamb @ JAX (WR6) – He came back to earth in a tough matchup last week, but Lamb gets back on track against the Jags.
16. Amon-Ra St. Brown @ NYJ (WR7) – St. Brown has at least nine targets in six of his last seven games and he had eight in the one game he didn’t top that threshold.
17. A.J. Brown @ CHI (WR8) – Brown is on a tear, racking up four touchdowns over his last three games.
18. Garrett Wilson vs. DET (WR9) – Mike White should be good for this one, so expect Wilson to go off.
19. Nick Chubb vs. BAL (RB9) – This isn’t an easy matchup, but Chubb put up 91 yards and a score against the Ravens back in Week 7.
20. Tony Pollard @ JAX (RB10) – He’s on absolute fire with top-10 fantasy finishes in five of his last six games.
21. Aaron Jones vs. LA (RB11) – Jones is banged up with a shin injury but is trending toward playing.
22. Miles Sanders @ CHI (RB12) – It’s been an up-and-down season for Sanders, but he’s coming off a massive performance last week.
23. Travis Etienne vs. DAL (RB13) – This is a rough matchup for Etienne, but his explosive upside keeps him on the fringe of the RB1 conversation.
24. Joe Mixon @ TB (RB14) – Just like last season, Samaje Perine is eating into Mixon’s touch shares, but he remains a borderline RB1.
25. Rhamondre Stevenson @ LV (RB15) – At this point, we don’t know if Stevenson will play this week. He’ll move up into the top 10 running backs if he does.
26. Saquon Barkley @ WAS (RB16)
27. Keenan Allen vs. TEN (WR10)
28. Isiah Pacheco @ HOU (RB17)
29. David Montgomery vs. PHI (RB18)
30. DK Metcalf vs. SF (WR11)
31. Christian Kirk vs. DAL (WR12)
32. Chris Godwin vs. CIN (WR13)
33. Terry McLaurin vs. NYG (WR14)
34. Ezekiel Elliott @ JAX (RB19)
35. Zonovan Knight vs. DET (RB20) – Knight averages 5.0 yards per carry over the last three weeks and gets a fantastic matchup here.
36. DeAndre Hopkins @ DEN (WR15)
37. Latavius Murray vs. ARI (RB21)
38. Christian Watson vs. LA (WR16)
39. Chris Olave vs. ATL (WR17)
40. Jaylen Waddle @ BUF (WR18)

42. Najee Harris @ CAR (RB22) – Four of Harris’ five rushing touchdowns on the season have come over the last four games.
43. DeVonta Smith @ CHI (WR20)
44. Brian Robinson vs. NYG (RB23)
45. Michael Pittman @ MIN (WR21)
46. Mike Williams vs. TEN (WR22)

52. Cordarrelle Patterson @ NO (RB25)
53. Jerry Jeudy vs. ARI (WR27)
54. D’Andre Swift @ NYJ (RB26) – Week 13 appears to be a one-off for Swift, as his volume went right back to where it was for much of the season. He can’t be trusted as anything more than a flex.
55. Zay Jones vs. DAL (WR28)
56. Jamaal Williams @ NYJ (RB27)
57. Rachaad White vs. CIN (RB28)
58. T.J. Hockenson vs. IND (TE2)
59. Kenneth Walker vs. SF (RB29)
60. AJ Dillon vs. LA (RB30)

62. Brandon Aiyuk @ SEA (WR30)
63. Raheem Mostert @ BUF (RB31)
64. J.K. Dobbins @ CLE (RB32) – He was a monster last week, but the Ravens’ backfield committee keeps Dobbins in flex territory.
65. Allen Lazard vs. LA (WR31)
66. Marquise Brown @ DEN (WR32)
67. Antonio Gibson vs. NYG (RB33)
68. Adam Thielen vs. IND (WR33)
69. Jerick McKinnon @ HOU (RB34)
70. Mark Andrews @ CLE (TE3)
71. Drake London @ NO (WR34) – Desmond Ridder should help London’s value, but it’s wise to keep your expectations in check until we see Ridder on the field.
72. Cam Akers @ GB (RB35)
73. Gabe Davis vs. MIA (WR35)
74. DJ Moore vs. PIT (WR36)
