As we head into Week 4 of the fantasy football season, lineups need to be set, and with that comes some tough decisions. There’s still time to recover even from a poor start to the fantasy season, but it’s a critical time. That means this week’s start/sit decisions are that much more important.
One of the most popular tools here at FTN is our fantasy football rankings. Each week, we bring you non-PPR, PPR and half-PPR rankings to help you win your league.
Throughout the season, I will break down what players our FTN rankers prefer more (or less) than the expert consensus rankings at FantasyPros. For this article, I will be looking at the half-PPR format.
Tony Pollard is a player the ECR believes is in store for a big game as they have him ranked four spots higher than our FTN crew.
The ECR is also a tough higher on both Dalvin Cook and Jeff Wilson as they have them both within the top 20 this week, but our FTN crew has Jeff Wilson outside the top 20.
Outside of this the running back position is fairly aligned this week, with most of the players one spot higher/lower.
This week the biggest discrepancy is with Diontae Johnson as our FTN crew has him as a low-end WR2 and the ECR believes he is a top 20 option this week.
Our FTN crew is also a bit down on Rashod Bateman and DJ Moore who they have ranked three spots below the ECR, as they are coming off down weeks.
On the flip side, our FTN crew still believes Deebo Samuel is a top 10 option even though he is in a tough matchup against the Rams.
Mike Williams is ranked as a top 20 option this week by our FTN crew as opposed to the ECR who has him as a low-end WR2.
