Los Angeles Dodgers right-handed pitcher Blake Treinen (forearm) is dealing with a low-grade sprain and will begin a "conservative" rehab. The reliever will not have to undergo surgery. This is an excellent sign as Treinen was placed on the 15-day injured list with a forearm injury on Saturday. However, it appears the 36-year-old has avoided a significant injury. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his progression as he slowly increases his workload. Through the early part of the campaign, the right-hander has held a 3.38 ERA with a 1.38 WHIP across eight innings of work. He has struck out 10 batters, tallied three holds, and earned two saves. He has generated a strong 3.47 xERA with a stellar 31.8 percent hard-hit rate. While the right-hander remains out, Tanner Scott should see the bulk of the save opportunities with Kirby Yates and Alex Vesia mixing in.

Texas Rangers starting pitcher Jack Leiter (finger) will make a rehab start for Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday. Leiter has been on the 15-day injured list due to a blister on his finger. However, it appears the former No. 2 overall pick is nearing a return to the big leagues. The Vanderbilt was able to earn a spot in the Opening Day rotation and enjoyed a strong start to the campaign, holding a 0.90 ERA and a 0.70 WHIP across 10 innings of work (two starts). During this stretch, he tallied 10 punchouts and served up just one walk. Last summer, Leiter made his MLB debut and experienced some growing pains, posting an 8.83 ERA and a 1.73 WHIP. If Leiter's rehab outing goes well, he could be eligible to return to action at the end of next week.

Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eugenio Suarez is not in Sunday's lineup when they conclude a series against the Chicago Cubs. Suarez has started in each of the first 21 games of the regular season. During this stretch, the power-hitting third baseman has held a .145/.253/.421 slash line with three doubles and six home runs. He enjoyed an impressive start, holding a .250/.379/.919 line with five long balls across the first seven games. Over his last 14 games, he has posted a rough .096 AVG. Fantasy managers should expect the 33-year-old to return to the starting nine on Tuesday, when they host the Tampa Bay Rays. As a result, Garrett Hampson will cover the hot corner on Sunday afternoon and bat in the nine-hole.

Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Brayan Bello (shoulder) is expected to make his season debut on Tuesday against the Seattle Mariners. Bello has been sidelined through the early part of the campaign due to a strained shoulder. He was able to log 14 innings of work in his rehab assignment with Double-A Portland and Triple-A Worcester. Across this stint, the right-hander held a 7.07 ERA with a 1.57 WHIP. He showed strong command of his pitches as he allowed just four walks and struck out an impressive 21 batters. Last summer, Bello logged a career-high 162 1/3 innings of work and held a 4.49 ERA with a 1.36 WHIP. He struck out 133 batters and generated a modest 4.56 xERA. Fantasy managers in deeper formats should check their waiver wire and grab Bello ahead of his season debut.

Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto will get the day off on Sunday when the Phillies conclude a series against the Miami Marlins. Realmuto has started in each of the previous eight games. During this stretch, he has held a .200/.273/.333 slash line with one double and one home run. Fantasy managers should expect the veteran backstop to return to the starting nine on Monday evening when the Phillies begin a series in Queens against the Mets. Through 18 games this season, the 34-year-old has held a .234/.315/.338 slash line with four runs and six RBI. Instead, Rafael Marchan will be behind the dish and catching for Jesus Luzardo. He will bat ninth and should not be targeted in any DFS competitions.
