The 22-year-old has been sidelined for the past eight games due to an ankle injury and remains uncertain for the first game after the break. Initially expected to return for the stretch run, the team may choose to grant him additional time for full recovery. In the event Stewart is unable to play on Thursday, Simone Fontecchio is poised to see a significant increase in both minutes and usage. Stewart holds season averages of 11.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 30.6 minutes per game.

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (knee) is probable for Thursday night against Indiana. The designation is nothing for fantasy managers to be alarmed by, considering he's been on the injury report since returning from a lengthy absence caused by a knee injury. Of course, anything can happen, so Cunningham could miss this one. If that's the case, Jaden Ivey will likely see an uptick in usage and interest from DFS managers. At the same time, Marcus Sasser could be worth starting in most fantasy setups if Cunningham isn't available.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (hip) is not listed on the injury report, indicating he should be available for Thursday's home game against the Knicks. The 31-year-old returned to practice on Wednesday after missing the team's final two games before the All-Star break. Notably, over his last five games, Harris has maintained a 50 percent shooting accuracy from the floor. Additionally, his usage rate increases by almost four percent when Joel Embiid is off the floor. In games without Embiid, Harris has been averaging 19.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 4.0 assists in 34.4 minutes per game.

Although he is seemingly healthy enough to play, there were doubts regarding his availability after he was arrested for allegedly punching Suns forward Drew Eubanks before a game on February 14. Stewart is due for a court appearance on February 23. However, until the situation is resolved and the league concludes an investigation, Stewart may return as initially expected. For now, fantasy managers should at least consider him questionable. But if Stewart isn't on the court versus the Pacers, Simone Fontecchio, Ausar Thompson, and Mike Muscala could continue to benefit.

Detroit Pistons center/forward Isaiah Stewart was arrested for assault and issued a citation before he was released after getting into a physical altercation with Drew Eubanks after their game on February 14. He now has a court date set on February 23 in Phoenix on a misdemeanor assault charge according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. If a bigger punishment comes from this court date, he'll likely receive some sort of punishment either from the Pistons or the NBA shortly afterward. Stewart hasn't played since January 28 due to an ankle sprain and he could possibly miss an extended period of time after this altercation.
