Isaiah Stewart Won't Suit Up Against Bucks

Detroit Pistons center/forward Isaiah Stewart (knee) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks due to right knee inflammation. Since he's been playing more of a backup role, it shouldn't cause too much of a shakeup in the rotation. Jalen Duren should see a big chunk of minutes and Paul Reed will likely get some more playing time as well. The Bucks have a lot of size in the frontcourt, so Reed may be a sneaky, yet risky, play in DFS. Reed has only played more than 19 minutes in a game one time this year, so the safest bet is finding a different option.

Cade Cunningham Likely To Play On Friday

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (knee) appeared on Friday's injury report for the game against the Milwaukee Bucks, but he's considered probable despite the patellar tendinopathy in his left knee. The star point guard has been a huge component to the team's success this year, so having him healthy down the stretch is very important. He's posted career-highs in multiple categories, including points (26.0), assists (9.1), and threes per game (2.1). If, for whatever reason, Cunningham is downgraded, then Dennis Schroder would be the next one up to join the starting five.

Malik Beasley Considered Questionable Against Bucks

Detroit Pistons guard Malik Beasley (illness) has received a questionable tag on Friday for their matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks. The 28-year-old hasn't missed a game yet this season, but he's suffering from an illness at the moment. So far, he's posted his best season since 2020-21 with the Minnesota Timberwolves. If he's unable to play in this one, his 16.2 points and 28.0 minutes per game will be left to Dennis Schroder and maybe even Ron Holland II. Schroder would be the safest play for any fantasy or DFS managers as he's averaged 10.7 points, 5.1 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.2 turnovers per game in 27 games with the Pistons.

Cade Cunningham On Track To Play Thursday

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (knee) has been listed as probable for Thursday's matchup against the New York Knicks. Cunningham recently missed time due to a calf injury and is now dealing with a knee problem. However, it appears to be a minor issue, and Cunningham is likely to make his third consecutive appearance. Since returning from a calf contusion, Cunningham has been limited to 30.5 minutes per game. Nonetheless, he has still done plenty of damage, averaging 30.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.

Tobias Harris Out Against Kings

Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris (heel) will not suit up for Monday's contest against the Sacramento Kings. He has been downgraded from questionable to out, resulting in his third consecutive absence. Dennis Schroder will remain in the starting unit on Monday, while Harris' absence also elevates the fantasy value of Ausar Thompson and Malik Beasley. Harris has played in only one of the last five games, so it remains to be seen whether he will recover well enough from his heel injury to be available for Thursday's matchup against the New York Knicks.
