While he could have a rough time finding consistent minutes in Detroit, he should at least overthrow Marcus Sasser for the spot behind Cade Cunningham (ankle). With that said, Schroder should have spells of efficiency moving forward, although he likely won't be a consistent fantasy performer. Unfortunately, his ceiling might decrease significantly if Jaden Ivey (leg) can work his way back from a broken Fibula.

In 11 starts this campaign, Beasley has averaged 19.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists.

The 31-year-old was recently a part of the huge Jimmy Butler trade on Wednesday. Schroder could boost fantasy manager's lineups as he could see an expanded role with the Pistons. He's averaged 14.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 29.8 minutes per contest across 46 games this season. His next opportunity to return to the court and debut for the Pistons comes on Sunday versus Charlotte.

The star point guard hasn't been forced to miss a game since late November, so there's a chance the team could use this as a rest day. Malik Beasley could enter the starting five while Ron Holland II and Marcus Sasser will likely see increased minutes as well. Beasley and Tim Hardaway Jr. would be the safer streaming options. The latter dropped 20 points, three rebounds, and one assist in their last game on Wednesday.
