According to NBA insider Marc Stein, the Dallas Mavericks are expected to trade guard/forward Tim Hardaway Jr. The 32-year-old, who has one year left on his current deal, has averaged 14 points in the previous three seasons. However, he fell out of the rotation and logged just 12.7 minutes during the postseason. Although Hardaway isn't a reliable fantasy producer, he can get hot when given minutes. With that said, he's worth monitoring if he gets traded, especially if he gets consistent playing time for a new team.

According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, impending free agent forward Tobias Harris is expected to receive "ample interest" from teams this offseason. Haynes mentioned Utah, Detroit, San Antonio, Dallas, and New Orleans as the clubs with the strongest chance of landing the veteran, adding that he doesn't "see a scenario where Tobias is back in Philly." Harris, the No. 19 overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, has played for the Bucks, Magic, Pistons, Clippers, and most recently, the 76ers. He finished the 2023-24 campaign by averaging 17.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.0 steals. Despite being in the league for well over a decade, the 31-year-old could remain a starter for whatever team he lands on. While he's past his prime, he still has a lot to offer fantasy managers, even more so due to his durability.

Brooklyn Nets guard Dennis Schroder reiterated to his hometown reporters that he wanted to remain with the team. The veteran guard said, "I'd definitely like to stick around for the long haul. My agent and I feel like the Nets liked how I contributed." In 29 games with the Nets this season, Schroder averaged 14.6 points, 6.0 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.1 threes per game while shooting .424/.412/.797. Brooklyn has a lot of question marks heading into the offseason with point guard being a very big one. Ben Simmons hasn't been healthy, Dennis Smith Jr. isn't under contract, and Cam Thomas hasn't fit the point guard mold that well. Schroder knows they could make moves for a star player, but he'd like to bring more leadership to the team past this season.

Dallas Mavericks guard/forward Tim Hardaway Jr. was back in the rotation in Wednesday's Game 3 loss against the Celtics but had a miserable outing. After not earning a single second of action in Game 2, Hardaway Jr. saw 19 minutes but finished scoreless with 0-for-5 shooting and ended up with a game-worst minus-16 rating. Hardaway Jr. was among the league's most prolific bench performers during the regular season, but he's had a rough ride throughout the playoffs. The 32-year-old sniper, who is Dallas' third-highest-paid player, has seen his scoring average drop from 14.4 points to 3.8 points due to 27.6 percent shooting from downtown. He has hit 34 percent overall from the field in the playoffs, and it wouldn't be surprising if Wednesday's game ends up being Hardaway Jr.'s last appearance in the 2024 Finals.

Brooklyn Nets guard Dennis Schroder hopes to remain with the team in 2024-25 and beyond. "Brooklyn is a really cool, great organization, quite family-oriented," Said Schroder during an interview. "I'd definitely like to stick around for the long haul." Understandably, the 30-year-old, who has one year left on his current deal, would want to stay in Brooklyn, considering he averaged 14.6 points, 6.0 assists, and 3.5 rebounds in 29 games with the Nets during the 2023-24 campaign. He also shot a career-high 41.2% from behind the arc. With that said, Schroder's best days are likely behind him. But he could continue to hold a stable role with the Nets, which isn't bad for his fantasy potential.
