Miami Marlins outfielder Bryan De La Cruz has been a nice source of power for this offense through the first few months of the season. On Sunday, De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored in the win over the Philadelphia Phillies. He is now up to 15 homers, which is only a few behind his career high which is 19 long balls. The 27-year-old is putting together a nice season and should be a player to watch at the upcoming trade deadline. Possibly, De La Cruz could see an increase in fantasy value with a move to a more hitter-friendly ballpark.

Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Jeff Hoffman was called upon to close out Sunday's game against the Miami Marlins. The right-hander struck out one batter while throwing a scoreless inning to earn his sixth save of the season. Normally, Jose Alvarado is tasked with the closer role in Philly. However, he pitched on Saturday, so the Phillies decided to give him the day off on Sunday. Hoffman doesn't see enough save chances to warrant rostering in most fantasy formats.

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher James Paxton had one of his worst outings of his career during Sunday's game against the San Francisco Giants. It didn't seem like anything went right for Paxton throughout this contest. The southpaw gave up nine runs on 12 hits over four innings of work in the loss. He struck out four batters while allowing a pair of walks as well. Before this, Paxton was actually pitching fairly well over his last few outings. He'll look to rebound before the All-Star break against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos was nearly unstoppable at the plate during Sunday's game against the Miami Marlins. The Phillies are missing multiple key pieces in the lineup, but luckily Castellanos has stepped up nicely. On Sunday, Castellanos went 4-for-5 with a double, three RBI, and a stolen base in the win. The veteran outfielder nearly hit a home run if it wasn't knocked down by outfielder Bryan De La Cruz in left field. Castellanos has been slow out of the gate but the Phillies are going to need more performances like this going forward.

Arizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher Paul Sewald came in for a non-save situation during Sunday's game against the Oakland Athletics. The D-Backs were already up four runs, but handed the ball to Sewald anyway. The right-hander struck out two batters as he tossed a perfect ninth inning on Sunday. The 34-year-old has been fantastic on the mound this season. He holds a 0.54 ERA, 0.48 WHIP, and 15/3 K/BB ratio across 18 appearances. He remains one of the top tier closing options in baseball right now.
