MNF Plays: Best Props for Monday Night Football, Week 15

Week 15 brings us a crucial matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles visiting the Seattle Seahawks. The Eagles can regain sole possession of the NFC East race with a win tonight, made possible by Dallas’ 31-10 loss at Buffalo. Seattle is just a half-game behind the Rams for the final playoff spot in the NFC but needs to keep pace since the Seahawks were swept by Los Angeles this season.

Here is my favorite prop bet for tonight’s Monday Night matchup!

Kenneth Gainwell Over 25.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards

(-114, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Don’t be surprised to see Kenneth Gainwell’s usage increase as the Eagles approach the end of the regular season. Gainwell has hovered around a 50% snap share over the past two games and brings a versatility that even starting running back D’Andre Swift cannot match. In Week 13, Gainwell broke through with his best performance of the season, catching 5-of-6 passes with two rushing attempts. He is facing a Seattle team that ranks as fifth-most generous to opposing running backs in fantasy production, allowing 20.5 fantasy points per game. With Jalen Hurts questionable due to the flu, I could see Gainwell being more involved in this matchup, especially as a pass-catcher.

Over the past two seasons, Gainwell has consistently beaten this number when the Eagles have been a slight favorite. Our FTN Fantasy Splits Tool shows that Gainwell averages 30.7 total yards in those contests.

Our FTN Betting Model projects Gainwell for 35.7 total yards, equating to a 6.4% edge. Most will gravitate toward Swift for solid running back production, but overlooking Gainwell is a mistake, especially in a critical late-season matchup.

Pick: Kennneth Gainwell Over 25.5 Rushing/Receiving Yards
