Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder, finger) will be questionable to play in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, and a decision on whether he plays could go up to game time. "If he's good to go, he's good to go. If he's out there, he's rolling," head coach Doug Pederson said. Lawrence sprained his right shoulder in Week 16 and didn't play in last week's win over the Carolina Panthers as a result. The 24-year-old did a little bit of throwing on Wednesday and Thursday. If we had to guess, Lawrence will be active this weekend in a must-win game for Jacksonville, and he could be getting receiver Christian Kirk (groin) back as well. With several big-name QBs being rested in the regular season finale, Lawrence will have low-end QB1 appeal for fantasy managers still playing for a championship if he's active on Sunday morning.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) did some throwing on Thursday at the portion of practice open to the media, which is a positive sign as he attempts to play in a must-win Week 18 contest against the Tennessee Titans this Sunday. Lawrence put in a limited practice on Wednesday after missing the Week 17 win over the Carolina Panthers due to a right-shoulder injury he suffered in Week 16. All signs are pointing toward the 24-year-old returning this weekend to try and lead the team to a win and the AFC South title. Lawrence could be getting receiver Christian Kirk (core) back as well, which would only boost his fantasy value in Week 18 with many other high-end QBs being rested ahead of the playoffs next week. UPDATE: Lawrence was limited for the second day in a row Thursday.

Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell announced that Nick Mullens will start for the team in the season finale against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Mullens started in Week 15 and 16 in losses to the Cincinnati Bengals and Detroit Lions, but rookie Jaren Hall was named QB1 for the Sunday Night Football loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 17. Hall started the game five-for-ten for 67 yards, an interception, and a lost fumble, leading to O'Connell going back to Mullens. The veteran journeyman averaged over 20 fantasy points per game in his first two starts, so he'll have DFS intrigue in the 2023 season finale.

Updating a previous report, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) will practice on a limited basis on Wednesday. It's a step toward playing in the must-win Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. Lawrence injured his shoulder in Week 16 and was held out of the Week 17 victory over the Carolina Panthers. The 24-year-old is considered day-to-day for now, but it appears both he and receiver Christian Kirk (core) could be active this weekend in game the Jaguars need to win to secure the AFC South division. Since Week 13, Lawrence has dealt with a sprained ankle, a concussion and now a shoulder injury. He's thrown for 990 yards, seven touchdowns and five interceptions in his last four games played and will be a low-end QB1 for fantasy managers if he's able to play on Sunday against Tennessee.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) could be a limited participant in practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Doug Pederson. Lawrence missed the first game of his NFL career last week, but the Jags defeated the Carolina Panthers with C.J. Beathard. In Week 18, Jacksonville can clinch the AFC South and a home playoff game in the Wild Card Round with a win over the Tennessee Titans. Needless to say, it's an important contest, and Lawrence will likely play if he's anywhere close to healthy. Fantasy managers or DFS gamers who are still competing in Week 18 should check back for the team's official injury report later in the day.
