Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (hamstring) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the wrong direction Sunday morning. Etienne will ultimately miss his second consecutive game, creating yet another opportunity for Tank Bigsby to strengthen his hold on the lead-back role in Jacksonville. Bigsby should be treated as a solid fantasy RB2 despite a matchup against the Packers' strong defense.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (hamstring) is a "longshot" to play against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Etienne has battled injuries and poor production this year, dropping him outside the top 36 running backs for fantasy purposes and giving a terrific opportunity to second-year running back Tank Bigsby. With Etienne trending toward being inactive, fantasy managers should expect another huge week from Bigsby. He's a fantasy RB2 despite the tough matchup in Green Bay.

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little should not be started by most fantasy managers in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers. The Jaguars offense has been better of late, but the Packers defense should be able to hold them in check. On top of that, the Packers have been one of the best defenses in fantasy points allowed to kickers. Also, Little has not shown upside in general as the Jacksonville offense has held him back for most of the season. Little has only hit double-digit fantasy points two out of seven weeks, which was Week 4 and Week 5 against the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. The Jaguars only scored more than 20 points against the Colts, so it is hard to imagine lots of field goal opportunities for Little this week. He is not worth the risk against the Packers in Week 8.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Gabe Davis (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers. The 25-year-old was limited this week with a knee issue, but will suit up against the Packers. He is a boom-or-bust fantasy option, as usual in Week 8. Top rookie teammate Brian Thomas Jr. may be shadowed by Jaire Alexander, leaving Davis extra room to operate and potentially take advantage of Green Bay's other corners. However, Davis is hard to trust in fantasy. He put up two touchdowns against the Chicago Bears two weeks ago in an even tougher matchup but only put up a single catch for 13 yards last week against the New England Patriots, a much easier matchup than the Bears and Packers. Throughout his career, the former Buffalo Bill has been impossible to trust, and that shouldn't change this week. Davis should be viewed as a WR4 for most fantasy managers, but for those who are desperate, he can be considered a touchdown-dependent flex.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. is too talented to consider benching despite a tough matchup with the Green Bay Packers. The rookie receiver may be shadowed by Jaire Alexander in Week 8, but his ability to rattle off a long touchdown at any moment is too tantalizing for fantasy managers to pass up. BTJ has surpassed 80 yards receiving in four of seven games, has four touchdowns, and has been Trevor Lawrence's most reliable target this season. He ranks as the WR6 for total points and the WR11 in fantasy points per game in half-PPR. While the tough matchup may mean BTJ should be downgraded slightly, he still should be viewed as a high-end WR2, low-end WR1 in Week 8 with a high ceiling given his big-play ability.
