Okwuegbunam was scheduled to become a free agent in March, but he'll stick around in Philadelphia for at least another season. The Denver Broncos' former fourth-round pick in 2020 out of Missouri landed with the Eagles before the 2023 campaign but failed to catch his only target in only four games last season. The 25-year-old finished the year on Injured Reserve due to a mysterious hamstring injury. With Dallas Goedert, Jack Stoll and Grant Calcaterra ahead of him on the depth chart, Albert O figures to be facing an uphill battle to make the regular-season roster out of training camp this summer.

Deshaun Watson will be returning from his shoulder injury as the starter under center in 2024, and while last year was a disappointment in his second year in Cleveland, he did have some big moments as well. In five regular season games, Flacco threw for 1,616 yards, 13 touchdowns and eight interceptions for the Browns after many thought his career was essentially over. The performance should land him a backup role somewhere in 2024, but it's unlikely to be in Cleveland.

The 6'4" signal-caller has elite physical traits, but he'll have to find a way to stay healthy to live up to his potential. With Richardson already throwing in February, he's likely to be one of the first 10 quarterbacks off the board in 2024 fantasy drafts due to his rushing upside.
