Since Week 8, the Oregon product has begun to turn the corner in his rookie season, averaging 260.4 passing yards in each game and holding an 11:1 TD:INT ratio in this span. Fantasy managers should view Nix as a solid QB1 in all formats on Monday despite facing a tough Cleveland defense that has allowed the tenth-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs this season.

The rookie sensation has played in all 12 games so far this season, completing 64.9 percent of his passes for 2,548 yards, 16 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He also has 300 rushing yards, four rushing touchdowns, and zero lost fumbles. Nix has ranked as the overall QB10 in fantasy football so far, establishing himself as a dependable option in most leagues. This week against the Cleveland Browns, assuming he's removed from the injury report and cleared to play, Nix will rank as a mid-to-low fantasy QB1.

We recommended starting Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz in all fantasy formats in a good Week 12 matchup against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders, and he did not disappoint. Lutz made a season-high five field goals -- with two from 50-plus yards out and a long of 54 -- while also connecting on both of his extra-point opportunities. Denver's offense didn't have much trouble moving the ball up and down the field against a banged-up Raiders offense on their way to 29 points on the day, and Lutz took full advantage. With the strong performance, Lutz came out of Sunday's action as the top fantasy kicker for Week 12. With Denver's offense peaking under improving quarterback Bo Nix, Lutz has become a weekly top-12 consideration at the position in fantasy. He now ranks fourth among all kickers in 2024 in total fantasy points.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. saw some work both on the ground and through the air in the team's 29-19 victory on Sunday. He ended the game with two carries for negative two yards and five targets which he turned into three receptions for 44 yards. Mims' speed and big play ability have made him a viable flex option in deeper leagues given the matchup, but he hasn't shown the consistency just yet. The Broncos take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 13.

The Denver Broncos may have the workings of a frustrating three-man committee backfield after running back Jaleel McLaughlin had seven carries for a team-high 44 rushing yards in the 29-19 win over the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12 on Sunday. McLaughlin wasn't able to reel in his only target. Javonte Williams actually led Denver with eight rushing attempts but lost two yards, while McLaughlin was efficient with 6.3 yards per carry. It had appeared that the 24-year-old was relegated to RB3 duties for the Broncos coming into this game behind Williams and rookie Audric Estime, but that's not what transpired in Sin City. The second-year back has only had double-digit carries once all year (back in Week 1) and should remain on the waiver wire in most leagues. If this is a true committee backfield moving forward, all three Broncos backs will be shaky RB3/flex options, at best.
