Keon Coleman Won't Practice On Wednesday

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) will not practice on Wednesday. "We'll see where things go," McDermott said. Coleman suffered a wrist injury on a hard hit in the Week 9 win over the division-rival Miami Dolphins and his status for Week 10 versus the Indianapolis Colts on the road this weekend is now up in the air. McDermott already said that the 21-year-old second-round pick's wrist injury could keep him out "more than just this week," so his practice status the rest of the week is worth closely monitoring. If Coleman is unable to get the green light to face the Colts, it would mean that Khalil Shakir should see heavy volume in the passing game with Amari Cooper (wrist) missing last week's win over Miami with a wrist injury of his own. Coleman has found the end zone three times in his first nine NFL games to go with 22 catches and 417 receiving yards.

Keon Coleman Undergoing Tests On His Wrist Monday

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) is set to undergo tests on his wrist on Monday after a disappointing performance in Week 9. The rookie wasn't forced to leave the game against the Miami Dolphins with the injury, so the severity of the injury is unclear. He's had a solid start to his career as he sits in WR3 territory so far at the WR34 in half-PPR formats. If he's forced to miss some time, Amari Cooper (wrist) could be back in Week 10 while Khalil Shakir has been a steadying force.

Dalton Kincaid Catches Less Than Half His Targets In Week 9

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid caught four of 10 targets for 32 yards in the team's 30-27 victory over the Miami Dolphins. That was a season-high target mark for Kincaid but he could not reel in half of them. Kincaid has over 30 yards in every game except the opener this season but hasn't logged more than 52. It's a continuation of a disappointing 2024 campaign for the second-year tight end. He'll look to have his breakout game in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Keon Coleman Disappoints In Week 9

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman caught one pass for 21 yards on two targets in the team's 30-27 win over the Miami Dolphins. It was a disappointing afternoon for the rookie who had been breaking out in recent weeks. Coleman's uncaught target went right off his hands inside the 10-yard line and landed in cornerback Jalen Ramsey's lap. He was unofficially targeted on the Bills' game-winning drive, resulting in a penalty that set up a Tyler Bass field goal. Amari Cooper (wrist) may return in Week 10. His presence has helped the second-round pick. The Bills travel to Indianapolis next weekend.

Khalil Shakir Posts Respectable PPR Output

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir caught six passes for 50 yards in the team's 30-27 win over the Miami Dolphins. The slot receiver only trailed rookie running back Ray Davis in receiving yards and led the team in receptions. As usual, Shakir was efficient with his targets. He missed one this week, bringing his total uncaught targets this season to three. Shakir has at least six catches in three straight games and will bring a safe PPR floor into Indianapolis in Week 10.
