Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen remains a reliable QB1 as he and the Bills travel to Los Angeles to take on the Rams. He's scored 20 fantasy points every game over the last seven weeks, doing it through the air, on the ground, and even "catching" a touchdown in the snow. This week, the favorite to win MVP won't have to worry about the weather inside SoFi Stadium. The Rams defense isn't much of a concern, either. Los Angeles is a middle-of-the-pack fantasy defense against quarterbacks. For a quarterback of Allen's caliber, that's a green light for fantasy success.

The Buffalo Bills have listed tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) as questionable to suit up this Sunday on the road against the Rams in Los Angeles. Kincaid suffered a knee injury in the Week 10 win over the Indianapolis Colts and hasn't played since. The 25-year-old second-year player hadn't practiced until this week, though, signaling that he has a much better shot to suit up this weekend. Kincaid was officially limited in all three practices this week. The Bills don't kick off against the Rams until the late-afternoon window on Sunday, making Kincaid a more difficult call for starting fantasy lineups in Week 14. Although he's been a disappointment in his sophomore season in 2024, Kincaid should at least be on the map as a low-end TE1 in fantasy if he's active against the Rams. If he misses a third straight game, Dawson Knox will once again have TE1 upside.

The Buffalo Bills have listed rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) as questionable to make his return in Week 14 versus the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Coleman was limited in all three practices this week for the second week in a row, but the Bills are still uncertain if they want to throw the rookie back out there. Making things more difficult for fantasy managers considering starting the 21 year-old is the fact that the Bills don't play on Sunday until the late-afternoon window on the west coast in LA. Coleman has been a big part of Buffalo's passing attack in his first NFL season when healthy, but he hasn't played since Week 9 and could see limited snaps if he does return, making him an even more risky WR4/flex play this weekend. If Coleman misses yet another game, veteran Curtis Samuel and Mack Hollins will continue to battle for bigger roles behind Amari Cooper and Khalil Shakir.

The Los Angeles Chargers added free-agent wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. to their practice squad on Thursday. Shenault was waived by the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, so it didn't take him long to find a new home. The former second-round pick was been quiet this season with five receptions for 36 yards in 11 games. He hasn't done much in the league since his first two seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. This was likely just a move to add experienced depth to their roster. In a corresponding move, fellow wideout Dez Fitzpatrick has been cut from the practice squad. The former fourth-round pick has five receptions for 49 yards over the course of his first three professional seasons. He'll look to catch on elsewhere as depth going forward.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) was seen at Thursday's practice wearing a normal jersey. The Bills listed Kincaid as limited for the first practice of the week on Wednesday, but it appears he's upgraded to full on Thursday, which would give him a great shot at returning in Week 14 against the Los Angeles Rams after missing the last two games. The 25-year-old has been a disappointment as the TE1 in Buffalo in his second year in the NFL, but when healthy, he's still ahead of Dawson Knox in the TE pecking order for the Bills. If Kincaid returns this Sunday, he should at least be considered a low-end TE1 option for fantasy managers against a Rams defense that has been a top-10 matchup for opposing TEs in terms of half-PPR points per game. In his first 10 games this year, Kincaid caught 34 passes for 356 yards and two touchdowns.UPDATE: Kincaid was officially limited again on Thursday.
