Deni Avdija (quadriceps) has also been ruled out for Friday, opening up minutes for Kris Murray, Shaedon Sharpe, and Dalano Banton. Murray and Sharpe are expected to join the starting lineup.

With Deandre Ayton (calf) also still on the mend, Donovan Clingan and Jabari Walker will fill the minutes at the center position. The latter impressed with 20 points and 14 rebounds in Saturday's blowout win against the Charlotte Hornets. Clingan has had a couple of quiet showings but is averaging 7.6 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks in a starting role.
