Oklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Jalen Williams (wrist) has been ruled out for Friday's meeting with the Portland Trail Blazers. He will exit the lineup due to a right wrist sprain. A number of the Thunder's regulars will get the night off against Portland, giving the likes of Alex Caruso, Isaiah Joe, and Aaron Wiggins a chance to shine. There's a strong possibility Williams will be good to go again when OKC wraps up this week's schedule against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (rest) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against the Portland Trail Blazers. OKC will rest its MVP candidate for the matchup, with back-to-back games against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets on the horizon. With Jalen Williams (wrist) and Isaiah Hartenstein (nose) joining Gilgeous-Alexander on the sidelines, the Thunder's starting lineup will look significantly different against the Trail Blazers. Jaylin Williams, Aaron Wiggins, Alex Caruso, and Isaiah Joe will all have additional fantasy value Friday night.

Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (rest) will not be in the lineup for Friday's tilt against the Utah Jazz. Toronto has decided to rest him for the first leg of a back-to-back. Jonathan Mogbo (nose) will also be out of the lineup, meaning we should see a lot of Orlando Robinson for the Raptors on Friday. Robinson is perfectly placed for a big night, as Utah allows the third-most fantasy points in the league to opposing centers.

Toronto Raptors guard/forward RJ Barrett (rest) will not play in Friday's contest against the Utah Jazz. Toronto opens a back-to-back set on Friday and Barrett will be rested for the first leg. He will presumably be brought back into the lineup for the second game on Saturday against the Washington Wizards. Barrett's absence could give a further boost to Ja'Kobe Walter, who has already benefited from Gradey Dick's (knee) health issues. Jamison Battle may also get meaningful action in Friday's game.

Sacramento Kings guard Malik Monk (toe) will miss a second consecutive game on Friday against the San Antonio Spurs. He has failed to recover from a toe injury that Monk sustained on Monday against the Dallas Mavericks. With him sidelined for Wednesday's clash against the Denver Nuggets, Keon Ellis moved to the starting lineup. Ellis provided a full line in 39 minutes with 11 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and two steals. He looks to be a good option for fantasy managers again on Friday.
