He's likely widely available, and would serve as a solid streaming option for fantasy managers looking to replace Williams for a game.

Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (illness) is listed as probable for Friday's matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The star point guard is dealing with an illness, but it doesn't seem to be too severe since he's appeared in the last three games and should play in this one. Over the previous three contests, Ball has registered at least 20 points, three assists, and nine rebounds in each one while shooting a combined 26-for-68. While he remains a must-start, his efficiency and turnovers could be an issue in category formats.

Utah Jazz guard Keyonte George (illness) is still battling an illness and is considered questionable for Friday night's game against the Toronto Raptors. The second-year combo guard has seen a big jump across the board this season except for his shooting efficiency. He's averaging 16.7 points, 5.9 assists, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.7 threes per game across 51 appearances. If he has to miss some more time, the rookie Isaiah Collier should continue getting big minutes. Dallas Mavericks guard Dante Exum (foot) may return from a one-game absence after receiving a questionable tag on the injury report for Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The 29-year-old missed Wednesday's game due to a foot contusion but could already be ready to play again. In 13 games this season, Exum averages 9.2 points, 3.3 assists, and 1.6 rebounds per game. With the lengthy injury list, Exum could step right into a large role, and may even draw a start alongside Spencer Dinwiddie. If he doesn't suit up, Max Christie should continue to see big minutes.

Dallas Mavericks forward Caleb Martin (hip) has drawn a questionable tag for Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies after missing the last 25 games with a hip strain. Martin hasn't debuted in a game for his new team yet with his last game being January 10 when he was still a member of the Philadelphia 76ers. This questionable tag is the most promising status he's had on the injury report since then. It's unclear if he'd be under a minutes restriction or not. If he does return, the two players that would be impacted the most would be Max Christie and Naji Marshall.
