Houston Rockets guard Aaron Holiday will join the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets. He will make his first start of the campaign following an impressive bench showing in Monday's loss to the New York Knicks. While most of his teammates struggled to hit shots, Holiday went for a season-high 15 points in 17 minutes with 6-for-10 shooting. Jae'Sean Tate and Tari Eason (lower leg) will drop out of the first unit on Tuesday, with the latter ruled out for the game.

Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun (calf) will be back in action against the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. After missing three games due to a calf contusion, Sengun received a probable designation on the injury report earlier today and has now officially been cleared for action. The Turkish big man returns in a favorable matchup, as Brooklyn allows the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers. With Fred VanVleet (ankle) out of the lineup, Sengun may even have a bit more offensive duties.

Houston Rockets forward Tari Eason (lower leg) will be inactive against the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. The 23-year-old will sit out the second leg of a back-to-back after posting 12 points, six rebounds, and three blocks across 34 minutes in a starting role on Monday against the New York Knicks. Jae'Sean Tate and Cam Whitmore should feature more in the rotation with Eason out. Tate also started on Monday but logged only 22 minutes, finishing with eight points, six assists, and one steal. Whitmore went for 18 points in 23 minutes off the bench and picked up five rebounds with a pair of steals and one block.

Houston Rockets center Jock Landale (illness) will be inactive against the New York Knicks on Monday. He is forced to miss the game due to an illness. The Rockets are also missing Alperen Sengun (calf), leaving Steven Adams as their only traditional big man. However, the team has opted to go small for the matchup, with Tari Eason and Jae'Sean Tate stepping in for Sengun and Fred VanVleet (ankle) in the starting lineup.

Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun (calf) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup against the New York Knicks. The versatile big man has been downgraded from questionable to out as a left calf contusion continues to keep Sengun off the court. With Fred VanVleet (ankle) also sidelined, the Rockets will be without two starters. Tari Eason and Jae'Sean Tate will be promoted to the first unit. This gives both players additional fantasy value. Eason is the better fantasy target, as he's averaging 11.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.9 steals for the season.
