The 29-year-old Australian has been limited to six games this season, averaging 19 minutes per game and producing 9.2 points, 3.7 assists, and 1.5 rebounds per contest. Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Klay Thompson (foot) are also questionable, so Exum could end up in a big role if he's available. If the Mavs go into their final game before the All-Star break without Kyrie, Klay, and Exum, they will need other players to shoulder the offensive workload like Jalen Hardy, Spencer Dinwiddie, and new arrival Max Christie.

Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (shoulder) was listed as questionable for Thursday's home game against the Heat. Irving logged 40 minutes in Wednesday night's win over the Warriors, pouring in 42 points to go with seven rebounds. He had 30 points on Monday, so he's having a huge week, but he's also battling shoulder soreness now, so he may have to sit out on Thursday against Miami. The Mavericks also listed Klay Thompson (foot) and Dante Exum (Achilles) as questionable, and if those main contributors sit, there will be heavy minutes and usage available for Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy, and Max Christie in the backcourt.

Washington has now missed four of the last five games due to a sprained ankle. Washington will get another chance to play on Thursday, but the Mavs might hold him out of that game as well with it being the final game before the All-Star break. The absence of Washington means that Naji Marshall and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will see bigger roles in the rotation. Both players are possible streaming options, but Marshall is the better choice between the two.

Between the three, Dinwiddie is the best fantasy option after dropping 20 points or more in two of his last three games.

Dallas Mavericks forward P.J. Washington (ankle) is questionable to suit up against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night. He may be out for a second consecutive game due to a right ankle sprain. This would leave the Mavericks extremely short on healthy frontcourt bodies, as Daniel Gafford (knee) has just joined Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), and Dwight Powell (hip) on the shelf. Due to the lack of options, Kessler Edwards has begun logging starts, while Olivier-Maxence Prosper played 34 minutes off the bench in Monday's overtime loss to the Sacramento Kings. The latter had a decent showing with 16 points, but Prosper had been anonymous in the previous games.
