Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Quinn Priester pitched well in a 5-0 win over the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday. Priester tossed five scoreless innings, allowing just one hit, walking three, and striking out four to earn his first win of the season. The 24-year-old hurler notched seven swinging strikes while keeping the Detroit hitters off balance for much of the outing. Priester has looked good in his two starts for the Brewers after they acquired him from the Boston Red Sox in a trade last week. He is worth considering as a streamer in deeper leagues moving forward.

Athletics catcher Shea Langeliers had a big game for his team in a 12-3 win over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday. Langeliers went 3-for-5 with a double, a homer, two runs, and two RBI in the winning effort over Chicago. The veteran catcher launched a solo homer, his fourth of the season, off Chicago starter Sean Burke in the third inning. It was a monster blast that traveled 409 feet with an exit velocity of 107.9 MPH. Langeliers is now hitting .250 with 10 runs and 10 RBI across 56 at-bats this season. After combining to hit 51 homers over his past two seasons, Langeliers is staking his claim as one of the premier power threats at the catcher position in all of fantasy.

Chicago White Sox first baseman Andrew Vaughn was the lone bright spot for his team in a 12-3 loss to the Athletics on Tuesday. Vaughn went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer to drive in the only runs of the game for his team in the loss. The veteran first baseman has been off to a slow start in 2025, hitting just .123 with two homers, three runs, and eight RBI across 57 at-bats. Vaughn should bounce back as he combined to hit 40 homers and drive in 150 runs over his past two seasons, although a poor White Sox team around him may hinder him.

New York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso turned in a productive game in a 6-3 loss to the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday. Alonso went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and a double but it wasn't enough to overcome the Twins. The veteran infielder kicked off the scoring in the game with a solo homer in the first, a shot that traveled 416 feet with an exit velocity of 106.9 MPH. Alonso is off to a great start this season, hitting .356 with five homers, 11 runs, and 20 RBI through 59 at-bats. While the batting average won't last as he's never hit over .271 in his career, Alonso remains an elite source for homers and RBI in all fantasy leagues.

Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Will Smith turned in a big game in a 6-2 win over the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday. Smith went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer to help down Colorado. The veteran catcher launched a three-run homer off Colorado starter Ryan Feltner in the third inning, a blast that gave the Dodgers a 4-0 lead. Smith is off to a fast start in 2025, hitting .367 with two homers, six runs, 12 RBI, and one stolen base across 49 at-bats. He remains one of the premier offensive catchers in all of fantasy.
