Cincinnati Reds right-hander Hunter Greene tossed a gem in a 2-0 win over the San Francisco Giants on Monday. Greene threw 8 2/3 shutout innings while striking out seven and walking one to pick up his first win of the season, evening his record at 1-1 after three starts. Greene came just one out shy of tossing a complete game but was pulled after putting runners on first and second base with two outs. The 25-year-old hurler has been excellent through three starts this season, allowing just three runs while striking out 23 batters over 20 2/3 innings of work. Greene will next take on the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday.

Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Andres Gimenez went 0-for-2 with two walks, two runs, one RBI, and two steals in a 6-2 win over the Boston Red Sox on Monday. Gimenez has been productive in the early portions of the season, hitting .231 with three homers, 10 runs, eight steals, and three stolen bases in 39 at-bats. The veteran infielder has cooled in the power department after swatting three homers in his first five games this season but Gimenez's speed on the basepaths keeps him relevant in fantasy moving forward.

Baltimore Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, two runs, and two steals in a 5-1 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday. Henderson was just activated from the injured list on Friday after missing the beginning of the season with a right intercostal strain. He appears to be fully healthy now as he picked up his first two steals of the season in the win on Monday. Henderson is coming off a career year that saw him emerge as a power/speed threat with 37 homers and 21 stolen bases in 2024. He should be locked into fantasy lineups moving forward.

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer had a big night in a 6-2 win over the Boston Red Sox on Monday. Springer went 4-for-4 with a run and three RBI to help propel the Blue Jays to the win over their division rivals. The veteran notched a single in each of his four at-bats, giving him six games with at least two hits in the early going this season. Springer missed Sunday's game after leaving early with back spasms but he appears to be over the issue now. Overall, he's hitting .455 with one homer, five runs, eight RBI, and two steals over 33 at-bats this season. He is worth a spot in fantasy starting lineups while he's hot at the plate.

Washington Nationals outfielder James Wood went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer, a walk, and a stolen base in a 6-4 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday. Wood took Dodgers reliever Anthony Banda deep for a two-run shot in the seventh inning, giving the Nationals a 5-2 lead over LA. The young outfielder is off to a slow start this season, with just eight hits over 36 at-bats. The homer on Monday was just his second of the season, although Wood does now have two stolen bases. Wood has plenty of fantasy potential as a power/speed asset but will have to start hitting the ball more consistently.
