What is JockMKT?
JockMKT is a fantastic new fantasy football platform that combines the financial market and sports. Bidding on a player as an IPO and getting paid out where they finish on the day. Example: “If fifth place overall is worth $20, and Tom Brady finishes with the fifth-most points, then every user holding Tom Brady receives $20 per share.” It is a fun way to try and buy low on top targets that week who have big time upside and can pay off their IPO price.
How does bidding work?
Bidding is very similar to Ebay. You enter a max bid and JockMKT will only use your max bid on players if needed. If no one competes you will get the player at their initial offering.

Five Players to Bid on in Week 14
Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints
Bid until top 25
Alvin Kamara is expected to return this week, and what a matchup he returns to. The Jets have allowed 22 total touchdowns this season — 1.83 per game — to the running back position. They have allowed 28.5 fantasy points per game to running backs, the most in football, while allowing the second-most receiving yards and third-most rushing yards.
Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington Football Team
Bid until top 30
Since Washington’s bye week, Antonio Gibson has averaged 27.3 touches per game and 107.5 total yards. From Derek Brown’s game-by-game article, “Per FTN Data, 71.3% of Gibson’s carries have come on inside and outside zone runs. Dallas has defended these run types on 57.2% of their run defense snaps, allowing 4.3 yards per carry and 1.79 yards before contact per attempt.” Big volume in a good matchup is the perfect floor/ceiling combination.
Ja’Marr Chase, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Bid until top 35
Ja’Marr Chase has been a bust of late — last week he dropped what would have been a 60-plus-yard touchdown so badly the ball went backward to the defender he had beaten for an interception. While drops have been an issue, this is a get-right spot against Josh Norman and the 49ers this week. With Joe Mixon dealing with an illness, the Bengals could lean on their pass game more, and Chase has “No. 1 overall player on the slate” upside.

Elijah Moore, WR, New York Jets
Bid until top 45
In the last three weeks, no player has a higher weighted opportunity of his offense that Elijah Moore. With eight or more targets in each game and 31 total targets, Moore has commanded 51% of the air yards and 33% of the targets. He is battling a quad injury, so monitor his status before you bid on him.
Hunter Renfrow, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
Bid until top 50
Darren Waller exited the Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys early and hasn’t played since. In his absence, Renfrow has put up back-to-back 100-yard performances as the clear target hog in this offense. Since Week 8, Renfrow is averaging 8.2 targets and seven receptions per game and takes on a Chiefs defense that funnels targets underneath. A double-digit-catch performance from Renfrow is not out of the question.
