Will Levis "Improving," Should Practice Later This Week

Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan said that quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) likely won't practice on Monday, but he expects the young signal-caller to return to his practice routine later in the week. Levis is "improving" and is better than he was after last Monday's win over the Miami Dolphins. The 25-year-old suffered a right AC-joint sprain in his throwing shoulder in Week 4. He was relieved by Mason Rudolph, who stayed in for the remainder of the game and led the team to an easy win over Miami. It sounds like Levis should have a chance to play in Week 6 against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts coming out of the bye week, but nothing is official as of right now. The Titans said last week that Levis remains their starting QB as long as he's healthy, but he could be on a short leash moving forward after leading the league with six interceptions through his first four games.

Joey Slye Remains Top-12 Kicker For Week 5

New England Patriots kicker Joey Slye looks to build off last week's productive outing with a big game against the Miami Dolphins in Week 5. The veteran was the 11th-ranked kicker in terms of fantasy points last week, and this week, he benefits from an even more favorable matchup. The Dolphins have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing kickers so far, which gives Slye a great opportunity to be added as a solid streamer off waivers. He's not a top-12 kicker every week, but he's certainly making the case for specifically Week 5.

Tim Boyle Released By Miami

Quarterback Tim Boyle was released by the Miami Dolphins on Friday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The 30-year-old operated as the No.3 QB through the early part of the season. However, the Dolphins recently brought in Tyler Huntley, which pushes Boyle to the No.4 spot on the depth chart. This move also suggests that Skylar Thompson (ribs) could be cleared to return this weekend and serve as Huntley's backup. Boyle made a brief appearance this season in Week 3 against Seattle and went 7-for-13 with 79 yards and no scores. Last season with the New York Jets, Boyle went 48-for-77 with 360 yards and a 1:4 TD:INT ratio. Fantasy managers in superflex leagues should drop Boyle from their roster and instead look to stash Thompson, as he should operate as the No.2 QB for the time being in Miami.

Will Levis Should Return After Bye Week

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is expected to get back on the field and suit up for the Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Levis suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder during the Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Luckily, the injury is not considered long term and Levis should be ready to play following the team's bye week. Head coach Brian Callahan has already confirmed that Levis is 100 percent the starter, so now it's just about getting him healthy. The young signal-caller has struggled early on with four touchdowns and six interceptions through four games. However, it appears the Titans are going to stick with Levis and he should be ready to go next week.

Will Levis Likely To Return As Starter After Bye Week

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) has a bye week to recover from his shoulder injury and should be able to return to the field as the team's starter in Week 6, according to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Titans head coach Brian Callahan has said that Levis will remain the starter when healthy, and Rapoport says that should be the case following the team's bye week. Levis hurt his shoulder early in the Monday night game against the Dolphins and the team turned to Mason Rudolph, who led them to a win. So far this season, Levis ranks as the QB31, so he should not be on the fantasy radar, even upon his return. He still has some potential in dynasty leagues but should not be counted on in single-quarterback leagues this season.
