Tyjae Spears Exits Loss With Potential Concussion

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (head) was taken to the locker room for concussion evaluation during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 11 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. At the moment, the Titans have not disclosed whether Spears was officially diagnosed with a concussion. Operating as the backup to Tony Pollard on Sunday, Spears registered three carries for zero yards on the ground. He also caught two of his three targets for an additional gain of eight yards through the air. Fantasy managers should monitor Spears' status going forward, but Pollard continues to be the only Tennessee running back worth starting in fantasy football.

Tyler Boyd Suiting Up In Week 11

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tyler Boyd (back) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. He was a late addition to the injury report on Saturday, garnering a "questionable" designation despite being a full participant in practice all week long. Boyd has appeared in all nine games this year but hasn't caught a pass since Week 8 against Detroit. On the season, he has 21 catches, 184 yards, and zero touchdowns. He's off the fantasy radar in his current role behind Calvin Ridley on a struggling Titans squad.

Tyler Boyd Optimistic For Week 11

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tyler Boyd (back) appears to be trending in the right direction ahead of the Week 11 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Boyd was a late addition to the injury report as he was added on Saturday due to a back issue. It sounds like the organization is hopeful that Boyd can play, but he hasn't done much on the field lately anyway. Boyd hasn't drawn a target since Week 8 and is barely on the fantasy radar for Week 11. If he sits, Calvin Ridley and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would see more involvement in the offense on Sunday.

Chigoziem Okonkwo Not Recommended This Sunday

Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo can be safely avoided by fantasy managers this Sunday when he squares off against the visiting Minnesota Vikings. The 25-year-old is Tennessee's clear TE1, though it has yet to amount to much in the fantasy department. Okonkwo is averaging an abysmal 2.3 receptions and 19.2 receiving yards per contest through nine games. Additionally, he'll face a tough test this weekend in a Vikings defense that has been stout against opposing passing attacks this season, letting up the seventh-fewest yards per pass attempt (5.7). Minnesota has been solid against tight ends, too, with 5.3 fantasy points allowed per game to the position. The Maryland product is RotoBaller's PPR TE29 for this weekend's slate.

Tyler Boyd Questionable With Back Injury

According to Ben Arthur of Fox Sports, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tyler Boyd (back) has been added to the team's injury report and is officially questionable for Week 11. The ninth-year wideout is a late addition to Tennessee's report, putting his status for their home tilt against the Minnesota Vikings in question. Due to the timing of the injury, the decision of whether he'll be active could go right up until game time. The Vikings and Titans will square off at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday. Even if Boyd is active, he will not be a recommended option for fantasy, with just 21 receptions and 184 receiving yards through nine appearances in 2024. Moreover, the veteran has not recorded a single target in his prior two contests.
