Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (illness) returned to a full practice on Thursday after he sat out of the first practice of the week while being under the weather. Ridley is already feeling better and should be just fine to play this weekend against the division-rival Houston Texans on Sunday. The 29-year-old is Tennessee's unquestioned WR1 when healthy and he'll be looking to make a statement in the team's first meeting against the Texans in 2024. The matchup is a nice one, as the Texans defense is allowing the seventh-most half-PPR points per game (30.1) to receivers this season. Ridley should be treated as a low-end WR2/high-end WR3/flex in Week 12. Most of his production in his first year in Tennessee has come more recently, including his 143-yard performance and his two-touchdown day on Nov. 10.

Ridley is a little under the weather as the team begins their preparations for Week 12 against the division-rival Houston Texans. Ridley will likely see a lot of coverage from Texans cornerback Derek Stingley as he looks to improve on his 4-58-0 line in the Week 11 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. As long as Ridley is active in Week 12, fantasy managers should consider him a low-end WR2/high-end WR3/flex. He's just two weeks removed from catching five passes for 84 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

It was the first time in three weeks that Ridley didn't pull through for fantasy managers, as he had a modest output with only 7.8 half-PPR points. The former Falcon drew consistent double-teams, which allowed his teammate Nick Westbrook-Ikhine to break free for a few big plays, but the veteran was not able to continue his streak of double-digit fantasy points in Week 11. Ridley still tied for the team lead in targets with six, but he may have a tough time producing next week in a division-rivalry matchup with the Houston Texans.

It's been a roller coaster season for the 29-year old who has been the most negatively impacted by the Titans inept offense from a fantasy standpoint, ranking as the WR60 through the first seven weeks. After Hopkins was shipped off to Kansas City, Ridley has been an all-star fantasy asset as the WR2 since Week 8, highlighted by a two-touchdown performance last week against a tough Chargers defense. While Ridley always carries a fair bit of risk given the poor play of the Titans offense overall, he's become a must-start player after commanding 31 targets over the past three weeks. Minnesota is a formidable defensive unit, but are much more susceptible through the air, ranking as the 3rd-worst defense at limiting opposing WRs. Consider Ridley a risky WR2 with some upside this week.

With quarterback Will Levis back in the lineup, Ridley did not miss a beat, enjoying his best performance of the season with almost 23 half-PPR points. The speedster got the scoring going early, beating his single coverage with ease and coasting into the end-zone on a perfect ball from Levis. Ridley dominated the attention from his quarterback overall, registering a 39% target share on the afternoon, the next closest Titan only drawing three looks. While it's been quite the roller coaster season thus far for the high-dollar offseason acquisition, Ridley has posted 20+ PPR points in two of his last three games, finally showing some signs of consistency which has turned him into a must-start fantasy asset. Up next is a meeting with the Minnesota Vikings at home, a team that is much easier to throw against than run on.
