New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams (illness, wrist) is expected to play in Week 11 on Sunday versus the Indianapolis Colts, according to interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich. In addition to an illness that caused him to miss practice on Wednesday and Thursday, Adams is dealing with a minor wrist issue. He was able to get back on the practice field on Friday, though, and should be active on Sunday as the Jets look to turn things around. Although fantasy managers may have been expecting more from the All-Pro wideout after being traded to the Jets, Adams should remain a must-start in fantasy lineups as long as he's active. The 31-year-old veteran has 20 catches on 39 targets for 206 yards and a touchdown in his four games with the Jets and gets a nice matchup against a Colts defense that has allowed the 10th-most half-PPR points per game to receivers this year.

New York Jets kicker Anders Carlson is likely to handle the kicking duties during the Week 11 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. It has been musical chairs at the kicker spot for the Jets over the last few weeks. Carlson figures to become the fourth kicker for the team over the four games. Spencer Shrader was kicking for the Jets last week, but he has been signed to the Kansas City Chiefs active roster. Carlson is 5-for-5 on field goal attempts this season from his two-game run with the San Francisco 49ers. Carlson struggled as a rookie last season, but maybe can settle down with the Jets and become their full-time kicker.

Adams has been under the weather this week but is also dealing with a wrist injury and did not practice with the rest of the team on Wednesday. The 31-year-old veteran's status is now in question heading into a Week 11 tilt against the visiting Indianapolis Colts this Sunday. If he is unable to return to practice on Friday and play against Indy, Garrett Wilson, who leads the NFL with 100 targets, would receive extra attention from the Colts' defense with Xavier Gipson and rookie Malachi Corley starting in three-receiver sets. In his four starts with New York since being acquired from the Raiders, Adams has 20 catches, 206 yards and one touchdown. When active, he's a must-start for fantasy managers despite more frustrations from the Jets.

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who will turn 41 years old next month, told reporters that he is leaning toward returning for the 2025 season. The veteran quarterback is under contract for another year with the Jets, which would be his 21st season in the NFL. Asked if he still wants to play next season, Rodgers said, "I think so, yeah." New York is 3-7 through 10 games and earlier this season fired head coach Robert Saleh. Once a fantasy lineup stalwart, the former MVP has mostly been relegated to a QB2 option in Superflex leagues during his Jets tenure.

Week 11 provides him an opportunity for a strong performance, though, as the Colts' defense has been a top-10 matchup for opposing wideouts in 2024 in terms of fantasy points per game.
