Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has only three catches this season. However, two of them resulted in a trip to the end zone. While the 27-year-old has a way to go before earning trust from fantasy managers, the door is open for more involvement after DeAndre Hopkins was traded to the Chiefs. Granted, Tyler Boyd could also significantly benefit from Hopkins' departure. But Westbrook-Ikhine is at least worth adding to fantasy rosters in case he gets more involved moving ahead. For now, fantasy managers would be taking a risk by including him in their starting lineups for Week 8 versus the Lions.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8. He had to compete with fellow RB Zamir White for touches, but took the lion's share of the backfield work. The former Viking rushed 23 times for 92 yards and caught three passes for 31 yards in the team's 15-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams last week. He'll face a much tougher defense this week. The Chiefs have allowed just 14.0 PPR fantasy points per game to opposing running backs -- no other team has allowed less than 17. He's a decent RB3/FLEX option in deeper leagues due to his pass-catching upside and potential workload. Even if the Raiders get blown out, he could see a decent number of passes thrown his way.

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane gets a huge boost this week with starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) back in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. The Miami offense has been disappointing overall in 2024, scoring only 70 points in six games. Despite this, the 23-year-old has seen consistent volume as a runner and in the passing game. He now gets a solid matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, who rank 20th in fantasy points per game to opposing running backs and allowed the seventh most rushing yards per game (114.4). This is a prime spot for Achane to return to the RB1 conversation. He is a must-start in all formats and is RB15 in the latest RotoBaller running back rankings for Week 8.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday according to Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network. However, head coach Mike McDaniel expressed optimism that his star wideout would be able to suit up. Hill popped up on the injury report on Thursday as a limited participant, but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Friday. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status throughout the weekend. If Hill is able to suit up, he should be locked into all lineups as a high-end WR1 with Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) returning. If the 30-year-old is unable to play, No.2 wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (quad) should be viewed as a low-end WR1.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (quad) fully practiced on Friday and was removed from the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. He was limited earlier in the week with a quad injury but is good to go for Week 8. Over the last four games, the 25-year-old caught 13 of 21 targets for 119 yards and zero touchdowns. That should all change this week, with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) coming off injured reserve after he suffered a gruesome concussion back in Week 2. Miami now gets a matchup at home against the Cardinals, who allow the sixth most fantasy points per game to wide receivers in PPR formats. The O/U for this game projects to be a high-scoring affair and currently sits at 46.5. With Tua back, lock him into your lineup as a WR2, as he is currently ranked 21st among all wideouts in the latest RotoBaller rankings for Week 8.
