Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (shoulder) is officially inactive for Week 18 versus the San Francisco 49ers. He had been listed as doubtful and was trending in the wrong direction after missing three consecutive practices. Davis Allen will step up as the Rams' top tight end, but he remains off the fantasy radar considering Los Angeles is starting Carson Wentz at quarterback.

Los Angeles Rams tight end Davis Allen will have immense opportunity in Week 18 with Tyler Higbee (shoulder) out against the San Francisco 49ers. Higbee missed one game this season Allen took full advantage of it. The 5th-round-rookie caught four of his five targets for 50 yards and a touchdown during Higbee's Week 14 absence against the Baltimore Ravens. Allen showed his dominant receiving ability while at Clemson, which was the leading reason why the Rams drafted him. Strongly consider the first-year tight end as a DFS play and low-end TE1 in fantasy leagues this week.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua will play in Week 18 despite the majority of the team's starters sitting. Nacua will be playing for one reason and that is to set rookie records. The 5th-round pick is just 29 receiving yards away from breaking the single-season rookie receiving record, set by Bill Groman in 1960. He is also just four receptions away from setting the record for most receptions by a rookie in a single season, set by Jaylen Waddle just two seasons ago. While Nacua may very well only play until he locks in the records, he has a reasonably high floor and should be played against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 18.

Los Angeles Rams running back Ronnie Rivers could benefit greatly from the team resting key starters in Week 18. Lead-back Kyren Williams is expected to be rested giving Rivers and other backs on the team a chance to showcase what they can do. Rivers will be competing with veteran Royce Freeman and rookie Zach Evans for touches out of the backfield. They will be facing the San Francisco 49ers in Week 18, who have clinched the top seed in the NFC and could rest key defensive players. The 24-year-old is worth a dart throw in DFS but should not be considered in many other formats this week.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams had a tremendous performance in Week 17 against the Indianapolis Colts. Adams caught 13 passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns on 21 targets on the road against Indianapolis. Despite middling quarterback play all season, Adams had good performances based on incredible volume. The Raiders face the Denver Broncos for the regular season finale in Week 18. The Broncos have a decent secondary, headlined by their star corner, Patrick Surtain II. Adams will likely face Surtain for most of this contest, so fantasy managers playing in Week 18 should temper expectations. That said, Adams sees a colossal target share every week, so the opportunity for a big performance is always on the table. Fantasy managers know Adams is a must-start every week.
