Linebacker Joe Thomas signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Houston Texans Monday, per ESPN's Todd Archer.
Thomas spent the last couple seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, where he provided linebacker depth and special teams utility. In 2020, Thomas accumulated 48 tackles and one pass defensed.
