Winston will suit up for the game, but won't count against the team's 53-man roster. For fantasy purposes, the Browns' quarterback changes represent a clear downgrade for receivers Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore in the matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

He will hope to finish out the final two games of the season on a high note, starting with a Week 17 home matchup against the Miami Dolphins. That being said, Hopkins' struggles paired with Cleveland's issues moving the ball on offense make him a low-end fantasy option heading into Week 17.
