Josh Allen Faces NFL’s Toughest Pass Defense In Week 7

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (hand) has no injury designation this week draws the Tennessee Titans, a defense allowing the fewest passing yards per game (137) this season. However, the Titans are in the middle of the pack in average fantasy points allowed to the position. The Bills will likely lean on the running game again this week but Allen does have a new weapon in wide receiver Amari Cooper. The Bills acquired the former Pro Bowl wideout earlier this week. His presence will increase the floor for Allen, who already possesses a weekly high ceiling. Allen, as usual, is a QB1 for fantasy football this weekend and should be started in all leagues.

Ray Davis Questionable For Week 7

Buffalo Bills rookie running back Ray Davis (calf) popped up on this week's injury report on Thursday and was limited in practice the last two days. The Bills listed him as questionable to play this Sunday in Week 7 against the Tennessee Titans. It's disappointing for fantasy managers that picked Davis up off the waiver wire after his impressive performance against the division-rival New York Jets on Monday night. The 24-year-old fourth-rounder was explosive on his way to 97 rushing yards on 20 carries with James Cook (toe) inactive in Week 6. He also caught all three of his targets for 55 yards. Cook has been cleared to play in Week 7, so even if Davis is given the green light to play on Sunday, he'll likely take a back seat to Cook in the running game. Despite the bad news, Davis' upside makes him a worthwhile stash in most leagues, especially if you also have Cook rostered.

James Cook Expected To Return On Sunday

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook (toe) is expected to play on Sunday, according to Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN. Cook was sidelined last weekend due to a toe injury but looks poised to return after his one-week absence. As a result, rookie Ray Davis led the Buffalo backfield in the Monday night win over the New York Jets and was impressive. Cook opened the week as a limited participant on Wednesday but was upgraded to full participation on Thursday. Fantasy managers should monitor Friday's injury report in case the 25-year-old faces a setback. Cook has averaged 15.7 PPR points per game this season and should be locked into all fantasy lineups as a high-end RB2 facing the Tennessee Titans this weekend if he's active.

Amari Cooper Expected To Play On Sunday

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper is expected to suit up on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, according to Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports. Cooper was traded to Buffalo earlier this week from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a 2025 third-round pick and a 2026 sixth-round pick. Fantasy managers should continue his status during Friday's practice in case he is not ready to suit up for his new club. Cooper may face a potential snap count limit as it may take him some time to adjust to the new playbook and offensive situation. Nonetheless, fantasy managers should feel confident starting Cooper as a WR2 in all formats, as he should have solid upside every week with Josh Allen throwing to him.

Dalton Kincaid Remains Limited On Thursday

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (collarbone) remained a limited participant during Thursday's practice. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to Friday's injury report, as it will likely clarify his status heading into the weekend. The 24-year-old enjoyed his best outing of the campaign last week as he caught a season-high six passes for 51 yards en route to defeating the New York Jets. If Kincaid were to miss Sunday's game, fantasy managers should expect wideouts Khalil Shakir and newly acquired Amari Cooper to see increased opportunities. In addition, No. 2 tight end Dawson Knox will likely see more snaps. If Kincaid can play, he should be locked into all lineups as a low-end TE1.
