The Cincinnati Bengals appear set to let star CB William Jackson leave in free agency, having added Chidobe Awuzie Tuesday and following that up by signing ex-Steelers CB Mike Hilton, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The #Bengals aren’t done. They’re signing former #Steelers CB Mike Hilton, source said.

Hilton, who turned 27 a week ago, has spent the last four years with the Steelers. He entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2016 and spent time with the Jaguars and Patriots before landing with the Steelers and debuting in 2017.
Bengals add CB help, sign Mike Hilton
Fantasy slant: Hilton will replace free agent corner Mackensie Alexander in the slot. Hilton’s play during his four years with the Steelers has been a rolle rcoaster. He’s coming off arguably his best season yet, covering inside receivers. Last season Hilton allowed a 59.9 passer rating and only one receiving touchdown (35 targets) in the slot. If he can replicate that success this season, he’ll be a substantial upgrade from Alexander. — Derek Brown
