Toronto Raptors power forward Chris Boucher (illness) is regarded as questionable for Wednesday's matchup against Dallas. The two-time NBA champion is trying to shake off an illness. However, even if Boucher's available to play, it's not guaranteed he will see any action. Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic has used him very sparingly, and the addition of Kelly Olynyk has further complicated his life in Toronto.
Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (ankle) was getting shots up Wednesday at shootaround with no brace on his ankle. Poeltl is officially listed as questionable for Wednesday's tilt versus the Dallas Mavericks, but his participation in the morning session bodes well for his ability to suit up. Since Chris Boucher (illness) is also up in the air to play, Kelly Olynyk could end up being Toronto's starting center and a strong streaming option in fantasy hoops against a Mavericks group that sits 27th in opponent rebounding percentage (48.0%).
Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (ankle) is considered questionable for Wednesday's tilt against Dallas. The Austrian giant sprained his left ankle in Monday's contest versus Indiana and could now be unavailable for the first time this month. Poeltl's absence would open the door for Kelly Olynyk to enter the starting lineup, and the versatile veteran would be a solid streaming option for managers on Wednesday. In eight starts this season, Olynyk has posted 9.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 6.9 assists.
Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (ankle) was injured in Monday's meeting with the Pacers and didn't return. The 28-year-old lasted only 22 minutes before tweaking his left ankle. However, he was still productive, ending the night with 15 points, 10 boards, and one block. The Raptors' next game is Wednesday, so fantasy managers could be without him. If Poeltl doesn't suit up, which is certainly possible, Kelly Olynyk needs to be featured in all fantasy lineups.
Toronto Raptors guard/forward RJ Barrett (knee) isn't on the injury report ahead of Monday's contest against Indiana. The former Knicks man appears ready to return from a one-game absence. Toronto kept Barrett out from Friday's matchup against Atlanta as the team finished off a back-to-back. Barrett hasn't fully completed any back-to-backs since returning from a left knee injury at the start of the month. He's back for a wonderful matchup fantasy-wise, as Indiana is ranked No. 2 in pace, while only a handful of teams have a poorer defensive rating than the Pacers.
