Miami Heat point guardTerry Rozier(neck) will remain absent for Game 5 against Boston on Wednesday. The former Celtic is struggling to overcome neck spasms and has already missed 10 consecutive contests. With Rozier's extended absense Tyler Herro will continue to lead the Heat's backcourt in Game 5 after posting 19 points, four rebounds and four assists in 44 minutes during Game 4 on Monday.
Miami Heat point guard Terry Rozier (neck) will remain absent for Game 4 against Boston on Monday. The former Celtic is struggling to overcome neck spasms, which have already sidelined him for nine games. Tyler Herro has taken over a lot of the playmaking duties without Rozier and will continue to lead the charge on Monday. The Heat backcourt is expected to get some help as well, with Delon Wright (personal) on the cusp of returning to the lineup.
Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier (neck) won't play on Saturday against the Celtics. Miami stole Game 2 in Boston. However, it will be difficult for the Heat to win the series without their starting point guard. At this point, nobody can say for sure when he'll be back. But until that happens, Tyler Herro should continue to hold things down at the one. Herro is coming off a potent performance, accumulating a team-high 24 points with 14 assists, five rebounds, and one steal. Still, the C's will make some adjustments, meaning Herro may not be as productive in Game 3. Delon Wright, who has been coming in off the bench for relief, is questionable for this one. If Wright can't suit up, Patty Mills could make an appearance, although he likely won't do much for DFS managers.
Miami Heat point guard Terry Rozier (neck) won't be ready to return to the lineup when the team continues its first-round series against Boston on Wednesday. He'll be sidelined for an eighth consecutive game due to neck spasms. Rozier's absence should secure a significant role for Delon Wright on Wednesday. His performance was one of only a few bright spots for Miami in Game 1, as Wright led both benches with 17 points, hitting a perfect 5-for-5 from deep. He also notched a pair of steals and handed out three assists.
Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier (neck) has progressed since going on the shelf. However, he's still not healthy enough to play. Fortunately, the issue isn't expected to jeopardize his career. But there haven't been any updates on when the Heat can expect to get him back on the floor. One thing is for sure; the team needs him, considering Jimmy Butler (knee) is also out for at least a few weeks. With that in mind, until Rozier is cleared to suit up, Tyler Herro should continue to hold things down at the one, with Delon Wright playing the support role.
