Philadelphia 76ers point guard Kyle Lowry (hip) will not be in the lineup on Monday against the Houston Rockets. Lowry hasn't been in action since Feb. 9 due to a right hip injury, and it's unclear when he will be available again. With the team out of playoff contention, it would not be surprising if the veteran floor general sat out the rest of the campaign. Philadelphia is also without the services of starting point guard Tyrese Maxey (back, finger), giving Jared Butler and Jeff Dowtin Jr. a chance to shine in larger roles.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Lonnie Walker IV (concussion) has been ruled out for Monday's meeting with the Houston Rockets. The 23-year-old sustained a head injury last week and has not yet cleared the league's concussion protocol. This will mark his fourth consecutive absence. Philadelphia is once again short-handed for Monday's game, resulting in expanded roles for players like Jared Butler, Jeff Dowtin Jr., and Ricky Council IV. Quentin Grimes, who is averaging 26.4 points this month, is poised to continue leading the offense.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee) will miss a third straight game on Monday against the Houston Rockets. The veteran scorer is struggling to overcome a knee sprain. With Oubre Jr. joining Philadelphia's lengthy injury list, Justin Edwards, Ricky Council IV, and Jalen Hood-Schifino all have the chance to take on larger roles in the rotation. Council IV looks like the best fantasy option of the trio. He notched a double-double in the last game against the Dallas Mavericks and has averaged 14.3 points with 5.3 rebounds over the past four contests.

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey (back, finger) has been ruled out for Monday's contest against the Houston Rockets. The star guard is dealing with injuries to his back and finger, missing an eighth consecutive game. Maxey's next chance to return will be on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, Philadelphia is unlikely to rush him back, as there is nothing left to play for this season. Jared Butler and Jeff Dowtin Jr. will continue to split minutes at the point guard position in Monday's game.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Paul George (groin, knee) will not return to the court during the 2024-25 season. Sources have told ESPN's Shams Charania that George has been ruled out for the rest of the season after receiving injections in his left adductor muscle and left knee on Monday. This means that George finishes his debut campaign in Philadelphia with only 41 appearances. He averaged 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.8 steals in 32.5 minutes. George, who will turn 35 on May 2, signed a four-year max contract worth $212 million with the 76ers last summer. This has proven to be a terrible deal for the 76ers, who are on track to finish a season with fewer than 30 wins for the first time since 2016-17.
