Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (rest) won't play on Saturday versus Cleveland. The multi-time All-Star missed more time recently due to a sinus fracture. However, he returned for Friday's game against the Charlotte Hornets and had a monster performance, finishing with a game-high 34 points with nine assists, five boards, two steals, and two blocks. He'll likely be back for Monday's game against the Spurs. In the meantime, Andre Drummond, averaging 8.7 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 1.8 steals in 13 starts this season, should be featured in all fantasy lineups. Tyrese Maxey could also see an uptick in scoring with Embiid out, even more so if Paul George (knee) is sidelined.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (face) will play against Charlotte on Friday. He has been upgraded from questionable to available and will start alongside Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre Jr., Paul George, and Kenyon Martin Jr. Health issues have limited Embiid to only 29.3 minutes per game across six appearances in 2024-25. However, he has still been productive, with averages of 20.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.0 blocks. Embiid tore the Hornets apart a season ago, as he went for 37.5 points and 12.5 boards in the matchup.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (face) is questionable for Friday's game against Charlotte. Nick Nurse recently indicated that Embiid's sinus fracture isn't as bad as his previous two. However, he may need another game or two before he's ready to get back on the floor. The 30-year-old was starting to look like himself before going back on the shelf. But until Embiid is back on the floor. Andre Drummond, most recently amassing nine points, 15 rebounds, two steals, and one block against the Hornets, is expected to remain in the middle. Guerschon Yabusele should also see more action if Embiid doesn't suit up.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (face) remains sidelined due to another sinus fracture, his third throughout his career. He's due to be re-evaluated in a week. However, fantasy managers have reason to remain hopeful, with head coach Nick Nurse indicating his latest fracture is "not nearly as severe" as his previous two. In hindsight, Embiid didn't miss as much time as expected in previous instances. But when he's cleared to return, he'll likely need to wear protective face covering. Embiid has missed plenty of time due to various injuries this season. Yet, the 30-year-old was beginning to heat up in previous appearances ahead of his most recent injury. With that in mind, there's a good chance Embiid will return in the next few weeks. Until then, Andre Drummond and Guerschon Yabusele will handle things in the middle.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Paul George (knee) is officially available for the team's Monday night matchup against the Charlotte Hornets. He's still dealing with the same knee issue but has been wearing a brace which has allowed him to be on the court more often. With Jared McCain (knee) out indefinitely, George's usage will likely increase even more along with Tyrese Maxey. So far, he's had a rough time scoring as he averages 15.9 points per game on 41.3% shooting from the floor and 31.7% from three, but he remains a must-start any time he plays.
