It's unknown if and when a procedure could take place. But it appears the knee injury is more severe than initially believed. Embiid has only appeared in 15 games this season and was listed as questionable heading into Sunday's loss to the Detroit Pistons. For now, fantasy managers should expect occasional time off for Embiid, at least for the foreseeable future. But it's definitely something to monitor in the weeks and months ahead.
