Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (ankle) remains out on Wednesday night against Atlanta. The 22-year-old is averaging a career-high 23.9 points with 8.0 assists, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.8 steals. However, he's missed his last 10 games, although he's missed far more time throughout the 2023-24 campaign. With Terry Rozier (shoulder) now in Miami, Tre Mann, who nearly had a triple-double on Monday night against Indiana, is worthy of a starting spot in all fantasy lineups. At the same time, Grant Williams, coming off a 21-point showing, has likely found his way onto fantasy rosters in the last few days. Of course, Miles Bridges and Brandon Miller are still the safest options in terms of potential on the scoring end.

Portland Trail Blazers forward Toumani Camara will move into the starting five ahead of Tuesday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Blazers have decided to give Camara the starting nod and shift Jabari Walker back to the second unit. Walker has been a decent streaming option lately, but a move to the bench is going to hurt his value. Camara hasn't been productive enough most nights to warrant streaming in 12-team fantasy formats.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (ankle) is available ahead of Tuesday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Simons will make his return to the court after sitting out of Saturday's game due to a left ankle sprain. He'll immediately slide into the starting five and will push Ashton Hagans to the second unit. The expectation is that Simons will see his full workload during this game. Fantasy managers can feel safe plugging Simons back into their lineups on Tuesday.
