Oklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Jalen Williams (hip) will remain sidelined on Wednesday against the Philadelphia 76ers. He is trying to recover from a right hip strain but will need more time to do so. This will be Williams' fourth consecutive absence. The Thunder have a long list of absentees, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (rest), which opens up playing time for Isaiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins, and Kenrich Williams. Meanwhile, Chet Holmgren could end up being the only available regular starter, and his offense usage should get a boost.

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (rest) will not be in action on Wednesday against the Philadelphia 76ers. The team plans to rest him for the matchup, with Gilgeous-Alexander sitting out a game for only the third time this season. Luguentz Dort (hip) and Jalen Williams (hip) also won't play, leaving OKC without three starters for the contest. In this situation, Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins are likely to be asked to shoulder a heavier workload. There may be even more playing time available for the Thunder bench, depending on the statuses of Cason Wallace (shoulder) and Isaiah Hartenstein (back), who are both listed as questionable on the injury report.

Utah Jazz center Walker Kessler (rest) will skip Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. The team has decided to give him another rest day. Kessler's absence is a signal to fantasy managers to fire up Kyle Filipowski again. He has regularly started when Kessler has been out of the lineup. On the last such occasion, Filipowski produced a full line against the Toronto Raptors, notching 18 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block. As a starter, Filipowski has averaged 13.0 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.7 assists during his rookie campaign.

Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis (ankle) has been ruled out for at least 10 days. He sprained his right ankle during Monday's win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The team has announced that an MRI on the ankle showed a moderate sprain and that Sabonis will be re-evaluated in 10 days. This is an unfortunate setback for the Lithuanian big man, who had only just returned to the lineup from a hamstring injury. Jonas Valanciunas now looks set for another spell as Sacramento's starting center. He averaged 12.0 points and 12.2 rebounds during Sabonis' previous absence.

Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant (hamstring) will be out for a third straight game on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. He is experiencing soreness in his left calf, and there's no reason to risk his health since Memphis is comfortably sitting in a playoff spot. With Scotty Pippen Jr. (wrist) also unavailable, Desmond Bane and Luke Kennard made up the starting backcourt in Monday's matchup against the Sacramento Kings. Bane went berserk with 7-for-7 shooting from downtown and netted a season-high 44 points. Pippen Jr. is considered questionable for Wednesday, so the same scenario could repeat itself against Portland.
