Meanwhile, Scotty Pippen Jr. should continue to receive extra usage on Tuesday and is looking at a second consecutive start. Luke Kennard has also been used as a starter during Morant's absence, but he was more effective coming off the bench on Friday against the Los Angeles Clippers, scoring 15 points. Pippen Jr. has notched 13.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.6 steals across his previous 18 starts this campaign.

Bane went berserk with 7-for-7 shooting from downtown and netted a season-high 44 points. Pippen Jr. is considered questionable for Wednesday, so the same scenario could repeat itself against Portland.
