Miles McBride Remains Sidelined Monday Against Wizards

New York Knicks guard Miles McBride (knee) has been ruled out for a third consecutive game on Monday and will watch from the sidelines as the team takes on the Washington Wizards. The fourth-year guard is dealing with knee inflammation which seems to be bad enough to cause the Knicks to take a cautious approach. Despite coming off of the bench, McBride has averaged 26.4 minutes per game this year, so his minutes will likely be split between Cameron Payne and the starters.

Miles McBride Remains Out On Sunday

New York Knicks guard Miles McBride (knee) will miss a second consecutive game on Sunday versus Brooklyn. McBride has been the first guy off the bench behind the Knicks' stacked starting five this season, averaging 10.7 points and 2.5 assists in 26.4 minutes. With him out of the rotation, Cameron Payne and Pacome Dadiet have a chance to see extra action, but neither player is a good fantasy option. The Knicks starters will likely be in for another busy night as well -- three of them logged 39-plus minutes against the Nets on Friday.

Karl-Anthony Towns Back In Action Sunday

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) will play against Brooklyn on Sunday. A knee contusion kept him off the floor against the Nets on Friday, but Towns makes a quick return. The Knicks' new star center had 46 points against Chicago in his last outing and has hit the 30-point mark four times in his most recent five appearances. He's in a great position to do a lot of damage again on Sunday, as Brooklyn is missing Nicolas Claxton (back) and hasn't done very well defensively against opposing centers. Jericho Sims lands back on the bench with Towns' return.

Karl-Anthony Towns Uncertain For Sunday’s Game

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. The 29-year-old All-Star is dealing with a left knee contusion that sidelined him in Friday's win, and it's unclear if he'll be ready to return. Towns has been a key contributor this season, posting impressive averages of 26.5 points and 12.2 rebounds per game. In his last outing, he erupted for 46 points and 10 rebounds against the Chicago Bulls. Should Towns remain out, Jericho Sims could once again see extended minutes in the starting lineup.

Karl-Anthony Towns Questionable On Friday Versus Nets

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) has received a questionable tag for their Friday night matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. The former Minnesota Timberwolf has put up some fantastic offensive performances since joining the Knicks, and if he plays in this New York rivalry, he'll be primed for another big night against a weaker Nets frontcourt. On the other hand, if he doesn't suit up, the Knicks frontcourt is already thin, so Jericho Sims would see big minutes and join the starting five.
