Dejounte Murray Available On Sunday

Atlanta Hawks guard Dejounte Murray (calf) will play on Sunday against the Pelicans. The former Spur had 41 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals on Friday night in the narrow win over the Memphis Grizzlies. But he was a late addition to the injury report because of a calf contusion, although fantasy managers have nothing to worry about. As always, Murray should be featured in all fantasy lineups.

Bruce Brown Won't Play On Thursday

Toronto Raptors forward Bruce Brown (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Brown is set to miss his third game in a row due to right knee inflammation. The absence of Brown should mean more playing time for Gradey Dick. Surprisingly, Dick has been playing well and is worth rostering in most deep leagues. He should continue to be valuable with Brown sidelined.

Kelly Olynyk Agrees Two-Year Extension With Raptors

Toronto Raptors forward/center Kelly Olynyk has agreed on a two-year extension with the team, signing up for a $26.25 million pact, reports ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The 32-year-old is coming off a three-year contract that paid him just north of $37 million. Toronto snapped up Olynyk in a trade with Utah last month. He has played eight games with the team, averaging 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.6 steals across 20.7 minutes. The versatile Canadian big man is sharing center minutes with Jakob Poeltl in Toronto, but Olynyk will likely make his first start for his new squad on Tuesday versus New Orleans after Poeltl dislocated a finger on Sunday against Charlotte.

Kelly Olynyk Flops In First Game Without Scottie Barnes

Toronto Raptors forward Kelly Olynyk didn't hit a field goal in Sunday's 111-106 victory over the Charlotte Hornets but tallied four points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals, and two blocks in 26 minutes. The final output is not the most disappointing part, since Olynyk was a very popular fantasy add in the aftermath of Scottie Barnes' (hand) setback but saw Ochai Agbaji unexpectedly hop into Toronto's starting five. Considering Charlotte was missing their two top big men, Mark Williams (back) and Nick Richards (foot), head coach Darko Rajakovic may have opted to employ a smaller first unit for matchup-related reasons. Hang onto Olynyk despite the lackluster stat line, as Jakob Poeltl (finger) is joining Barnes on the sidelines for Tuesday's tilt versus the New Orleans Pelicans. In eight starting appearances this year, Olynyk is averaging 9.5 points, 6.9 assists, 6.5 rebounds, and 0.8 treys in 26.3 minutes.

Raptors List Bruce Brown As Out

The Toronto Raptors are listing guard Bruce Brown (knee) as out for Tuesday's game versus the New Orleans Pelicans. After missing Sunday's win over the Charlotte Hornets, Brown remains unavailable on Tuesday due to inflammation in his right knee. Over Brown's last 13 showings, the 27-year-old combo guard is averaging 7.2 points on 39.8% shooting from the field, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 23.7 minutes contest and sits outside the top 250 in nine-category fantasy leagues across this span. Brown's next chance to return to the floor comes on Thursday against the Phoenix Suns. Since Jakob Poeltl (finger) is also out, Kelly Olynyk will be needed to start at the five, clearing the way for Gradey Dick to function as Toronto's defined sixth man. Over Dick's last 12 performances, the first-round rookie is averaging 12.2 points and 2.4 threes while shooting a scorching 51.8% from deep and gets a New Orleans team that's yielding the seventh-most threes per game (13.4) this year.
