Garrett Temple, Jordan Nwora, and Jalen McDaniels will benefit from Brown's absence, although it's difficult to predict how the rotation will work out for Toronto.

Toronto Raptors center Kelly Olynyk (rest) has been ruled out for Wednesday's tilt against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The reeling Raptors will give Olynyk a maintenance day on Wednesday, but fantasy managers should have the playmaking big man available for Friday's matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks. With Jakob Poeltl (finger), Chris Boucher (knee), and Jontay Porter (personal) all sidelined, Toronto effectively has no traditional big men left standing against star defensive anchor Rudy Gobert. The Stifle Tower could feast on the glass in this one, as it looks like undrafted rookie Mouhamadou Gueye will fill the starting void down low for the Raps. We would advise staying away for fantasy purposes in most situations.

Unfortunately, the 27-year-old would log 28 minutes before experiencing soreness in his right knee. The Raptors play again on Wednesday in Minnesota. However, DFS participants likely won't see Brown in the lineup. But the team just got back Immanuel Quickley and RJ Barrett, which will help lessen the blow. In addition, Gary Trent Jr., who got the night off for rest, should also be back.

New Orleans Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado (oblique) won't suit up for Wednesday's clash with the Orlando Magic. He's been out the last three games with an oblique strain, so his next chance to play will be on Friday against the Spurs. However, it doesn't sound like things are moving in a positive direction, meaning he could miss at least a few more contests. Nonetheless, Dyson Daniels, who logged 25 minutes and amassed nine points, five assists, and two steals on Monday against the Suns, has value potential in deep DFS tournament formats, especially if he gets more action in his third game back since knee surgery.

New Orleans Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado (oblique) will remain sidelined ahead of Monday's game against the Phoenix Suns. This marks the third game in a row that Alvarado has missed due to an oblique strain. His absence has resulted in Dyson Daniels getting more playing time in the rotation. Daniels played 11 minutes on Saturday, so he probably won't see enough minutes to warrant using in fantasy formats.
