We have a big nine-game NBA slate Friday. Make sure to check out the FTN Betting Model for the daily edges in the spread, total and moneyline markets. The FTN Player Prop Tool is where you can find daily edges for the individual players and stat categories. All of the FTNBets analysts plays for the day will be listed in our Bet Tracker and that is where you can find all of my NBA best bets.

Best NBA Player Points Prop Bets

CJ McCollum Over 26.5 Points

(-118m BetRivers)

That is four straight games with 28 or more points for CJ McCollum. He has been forced to take on more of the scoring load with Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram out and we are profiting from that handsomely in recent games. He averaged about 18 shots per game before this run and has taken 21, 24, 21 and 24 in the last four games since it started. Not only is his production up, but it is sustainable because of the increased responsibilities he has scoring.

RJ Barrett Over 21.5 Points

(-104, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Normally we take a wait-and-see approach with guys coming off long layoffs, but apparently Tom Thibodeau did not get this memo. RJ Barrett played nearly 40 minutes in his return to the lineup and took 23 shots. He had 27 in that game and faces a decent matchup here today against a team that has allowed 123, 127 and 132 in their last three contests.

Best NBA 3-point Prop Bet

Stephen Curry Over 4.5 3-Pointers Made

(+106, Caesars)

Stephen Curry hit 5 three-pointers on 15 attempts in his first game back. He faces one of the best matchups for a three-point shooter against a bad defensive team that plays at a fast pace in San Antonio. These look like big numbers, but Steph Curry has averaged over 5 made 3-pointers per game this year and he’s averaging 12 3-point attempts. Most of those games were in situations that were not nearly as favorable as Friday’s matchup. After struggling to start the game, Curry finished strong with 16 points in the fourth quarter of that Suns loss, so he has that positive momentum to carry forward and the Warriors will be eager to flip back into the win column.
