Miami Heat forward Nikola Jovic (hand) will be unavailable for at least four weeks. He broke the second metacarpal in his right hand on Sunday against the Milwaukee Bucks and will be sidelined for a second consecutive game when the Heat host the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night. This is a significant setback for Jovic, who has taken a big leap in 2024-25. He has averaged 10.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in 25.1 minutes. Kyle Anderson played almost 30 minutes off the bench during Monday's clash against the Hawks and is likely to continue in an expanded role until Jovic returns.

Miami Heat forward/center Bam Adebayo (calf) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. The star big man has suffered a right calf contusion and could be out of the lineup for just the third time in 2024-25. Miami has figured out how to utilize Adebayo and Kel'el Ware (ankle) together, but Ware's fantasy value is likely to rise further if Adebayo is unable to play on Wednesday. The Heat have listed Ware as probable for the game. Kevin Love (personal) is also expected to take on a greater role. He has rejoined the team after addressing a personal matter.

According to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, Miami Heat guardTyler Herro(shoulder) is dealing with right shoulder soreness but will suit up against the Atlanta Hawks on Monday. The 25-year-old sharpshooter is having one of the best seasons of his career averaging 24.2 points, 5.6 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 3.7 threes, and 2.7 turnovers per contest. This evening, he is an excellent option for fantasy managers after he posted 40 points in a losing effort against the Bucks on Sunday.

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (shoulder) is dealing with shoulder soreness but has been listed as probable for Monday's matchup with the Atlanta Hawks. The 25-year-old is enjoying one of the best seasons of his six-year career with averages of 24.2 points, 5.6 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 3.7 threes, and 2.7 turnovers per game. On top of that, it's been one of his healthiest seasons as well, and he's on pace to his mark for games played in a single season. If, for some reason, he doesn't suit up, Duncan Robinson and Terry Rozier would be the next two in line for more minutes.

Miami Heat forward Nikola Jovic (hand) suffered a fractured shooting hand during Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks and was not able to return after the first quarter. The team reported that X-rays were taken and they showed a break on his second metacarpal. There's a strong possibility that Jovic will miss an extended period of time, just like Tyler Herro did after breaking his hand during the Heat's 2023 playoff run. In the meantime, it seems Davion Mitchell, Kel'el Ware, and Duncan Robinson will receive plenty of minutes. Mitchell and Ware were already in the starting lineup and saw 33 minutes or more in their last game.
